Drop off my jeep for four tires replacement, but found out during my service appointment that the service and parts departments did not collaborate to order the tires ahead of time. My service department agent had to order the tires same day with overnight shipment, but did not tell me the cost of the tires before putting the order. I was expecting my original quote when I spoke with the parts department a week before my appointment service of $285 per tire. However, at the cash register, it costed $435 per tire. I was shocked! I was expecting my grand total to be around $1400, but I was surprised with grand total of almost $2000. Also, the tires' pressure were above 10 psi, which I had to adjust before driving home. I would not recommend going here for large work order. More
