It's the only one I go to here for any work to be done. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with what I need. The technician that was responsible for working on my truck was very disappointing, he The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with what I need. The technician that was responsible for working on my truck was very disappointing, he had to be notified twice about getting back to work on my truck, and I had to ask the service representative to have the technician do the job correctly. The technician used only an impact on my wheel studs on all my wheels being reinstalled without using a torque wrench for the correct torque specifications. The service representative was quick to fix that, the last thing I need is having the bolts over torqued. I'm very grateful that both service representatives there to constantly remind the technician to get back to work instead of wasting time talking with someone else on the shop floor. Again I'm very glad for the service reps. But very upset with how the technician working on my truck took his sweet time with my service and forgetting steps needed to do the job correctly, the technicians name is Jacob. More
