I called the service department to find out what shampoo they would recommend for my specific ceramic coating as to not void the warranty. The first time I called I was placed on hold and after fifteen minu they would recommend for my specific ceramic coating as to not void the warranty. The first time I called I was placed on hold and after fifteen minutes was disconnected. They called me back and asked how they could help. I explained and they said they would contact the detail department and call back. They have yet to call back. Meanwhile I searched the manual and internet to find what I believe to be the correct item. It would have been nice to get a response seeing as I just paid a small fortune for the new vehicle and ceramic. More

I brought my 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4XE in for a recall B9A. The recall says my Jeep could catch fire. The tech thought it would take an hour or two but found out it could take all day or more. I received a new notice today from Jeep that said it will take 1.5 to 2 days. The tech ask if I would be willing to wait around for the whole day and I did not. I asked if the dealer had a loaner and he said they did not have one available. I asked if someone could give me a ride home so I could leave my Jeep and I would return when it was ready. He said they could not give me a ride home. I specified that I preferred to leave my Jeep if someone would just give me a ride home, but again he said no. So as of Thursday morning I have been waiting for a call from Mandal that a loaner vehicle is available and I can bring my vehicle back in. My only complaint is I felt someone should have given me a ride home. More

I love having a Jeep brand but, you guys put bandaids on all of the problems and I am amazed at the problems with new vehicles you sell. They give you this spill of how they are required by law to replace or repair something instead of fixing the actual issue. My brake caliper was stuck on a 2018 Wrangler JKU, service salesmen said they are to replace or repair something instead of fixing the actual issue. My brake caliper was stuck on a 2018 Wrangler JKU, service salesmen said they are required by law to replace the rotors as well. No problem I went to All Jacked Up and they found that the issue wasn't even what Mandal Service stealership said. Mandal is good for warranty and oil changes only. More
