After 4 hours with an update about my new 20204 Buick Evista I decided to call and I was told my car has been ready. So I go pick the car up and they tell me they couldnt fix it because they had to order Evista I decided to call and I was told my car has been ready. So I go pick the car up and they tell me they couldnt fix it because they had to order the part. So I was like okay do I need to schedule an appointment the MRS Susan was like no I’ll call you. A month later still no call and my car hasn’t been fixed yet. Everytime I call they tell me my part still isn’t in yet. More

Not happy with how often my truck has to be in the shop. I bought one of the best trucks GMC has to offer and the extended warrantee, its been in the shop to get fixed multiple times for multiple reasons a I bought one of the best trucks GMC has to offer and the extended warrantee, its been in the shop to get fixed multiple times for multiple reasons and its a 2020 turbo diesel Denali with less than 40k miles. My dads F150 Platinum hasn't had these issues and never been to the shop for repairs and its 10 years old. Just saying. More

My wife brought her vehicle to get a touch up paint and they gave her the day which was wrong day for the painter to be there left it for department. Dealership took 3. 5 months to diagnose and repair vehicle. While at dealership they damaged mirror and had to replace, damaged rear door and cab corner. I will use every form of social media to expose dealership practices and how GM treats the people that purchase their products. Totally forgot. That this dealership didn't offer me a loaner at any point. Service manager and general manager will not call me back. Having the body damaged repaired by body shop and paying for it myself, no way this vehicle will ever drive, or get towed to this location. I highly recommend if you're having this type of issue with this dealership to contact General Motors corporate and get a case number. Once your vehicle is repaired due what I am doing, going to different manufacture more than likely Toyota. More
