Manchester Honda

Last week I entered Manchester Honda to purchase a vehicle and I needed a new car within a specific time frame. I went directly to Jack Doyle. My daughter bought a car from him eight years ago and th vehicle and I needed a new car within a specific time frame. I went directly to Jack Doyle. Any time I saw Jack after that, he always waved to me from a distance or spoke to me whenever I saw him during my other CR-V's service appointments. Jack is just a nice guy. I decided that he would be the sales rep. I would go to when I was in the market for a car. He made my buying experience extremely easy. He brought me for a test ride, showed me all the colors available for the CR-V, explained what I needed to get before I signed the final papers, explained the "extras" that I could purchase, he even made himself available to me on his day off to pick up the car a day early because of storm "Derby". It was truly a worry free purchase for me. This is my second Honda and I am thrilled. Jack was a true gentleman, knowledgeable sales rep. and a very personable person to talk to. Thanks Jack! More

This was the third Honda dealership I had visited in two days and by far the best. I emailed Zach about the Accord Coupe Ex on the website and he got back to me right away. Having already test driven the vehicle elsewhere, I was shopping around for price. Zach came back promptly with a very competitive quote and I was on my way to the dealership. From the minute I walked in the door the customer service and professionalism was amazing compared to the competitors. Even though I told Frank I had already seen and test driven three Accords he showed me the car as if I had never seen it before. We took it for a test drive and he was able to answer all my questions about the dealership and the car. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was greeted in the same manner. Frank and I went over all the paperwork. I never felt pressured or rushed to hurry through it all. Then Cliff sat with me in the car and went over every feature there was no question he couldn't answer. Cliff spoke very highly of Honda products! Two days later Frank even called to see if I was still happy with the car or had any questions. I would highly recommend Manchester Honda and tell everyone I know about the great customer service!!! I went to Manchester Honda to start my shopping for a new car. There was no pressure at any time to purchase. Jack and Erik answered my questions and showed me a vehicle I was interested in. The concept of a set price was a little unnerving at first, once I realized the new car was already discounted and the price was fair , it was a joy not to haggle. Since buying and getting the Pilot, Jack has called to answer any questions about the operation of it and Erik , when I stopped in, answered my questions and even went outside with me to show me things. As I began my vehicle search I was very nervous... as a 21 year old recent college graduate a new car was going to be the most important and most expensive purchase of my life. Thankfully Jarrod, Cliff, an 21 year old recent college graduate a new car was going to be the most important and most expensive purchase of my life. Thankfully Jarrod, Cliff, and additional Manchester Honda staff made my experience enjoyable and stress free. Jarrod was very charismatic and incredibly knowledgeable about the 2013 Civic. I felt as though I could truly trust his judgement without being mislead or pressured into purchasing a vehicle or additional technology I did not want. He was thorough when explaining the costs I would incur if I purchased the vehicle and was extremely patient when it came time for me to choose between the 2013 Civic LX and EX. Needless to say, I went with the 2013 Honda Civic EX and it was perfect when I came to pick it up. Again, Jarrod set aside time to meet with me to finish off some paper work and was genuinely excited for me and my new purchase -- genuine isn't a word that comes to mind when I describe a car sales man. When it came time to learn the ins and outs before driving off Cliff was incredible! He was willing to answer all of my questions and made me feel confident in my abilities to operate the technology within the car with no problem. He was also very funny and personable which made my experience even more enjoyable! If the above description doesn't provide insight as to why Manchester Honda has earned a perfect rating from me, I don't know what will.
