Erik knew the honda product and was very helpful, even knowing initially I probably would not purchase car on that visit. I had done my homework so was very familiar with product walking in the door. The purchase price, although I felt a little high, was fair enough in end based on subsequent visit to another honda dealer, and the included Manchester Honda limited lifetime warranty. Everything was done on a very timely basis, very unusual in my many occasions of buying cars over the years! Would also like to compliment Ashley who further explained the car features after delivery. She was very patient and helpful...you should consider her an asset to company! There is one outstanding issue, that in small scratch that I discovered shortly after delivery. Erik is working on resolving this, hopefully I will be satisfied with result. More
