This is how they treated us: I called about 2015 Street Glide Special listed for sale at Manchester Harley-Davidson in New Hampshire. I spoke to an "Internet Fit Specialist" about the bike. He assur Street Glide Special listed for sale at Manchester Harley-Davidson in New Hampshire. I spoke to an "Internet Fit Specialist" about the bike. He assured me that if I came in they'd "take care" of me, and would make me happy. I live 292 miles away from their dealership, which I mentioned. I wanted to put down a deposit but he said they don't take deposits. I said I'm not going to drive all that way without doing due diligence and nailing down the details as much as possible, and again he assured me, I wouldn't leave dissatisfied. I noted the address on the listing was for a different location than they where they were located. They said No, that's a mistake, it's at Manchester HD in New Hampshire. "OK, are you sure? I mean, this is a LONG drive, I don't want to go to the wrong place." Yes, he said, it's at Manchester, NH. We drove 5-1/2 hours to get there, and there salesperson I'd been talking to doesn't even work there. No one there knew about the bike I wanted to see, and guess what? IT WASN'T THERE! It was at their other location! So that's 70 miles I wasted. At least I'm headed back towards home. I say "Please call the other location, tell them we're on the way, and that we've come all this way to see that bike." They smile and nod Yes, they will do that. No one did though. We get to the other location, they don't know who we are, they know nothing about the bike. They apologize for the way we've been treated, and say let's find your bike. They found it. It had a big SOLD tag on it. It was sold 3 months ago!! It was a 12-1/2 hour day, 600 miles driven, over $100 in gas and tolls, and a wasted vacation day. So do you think they cared? 2 days later I had someone else call them about the same bike, saying they were from Michigan and they were going to drive there with their trailer. Manchester says: COME ON DOWN! There are no prices on the bikes. Heck not even tags showing the model, options, nothing. They won't give you the actual price on the phone, it's always a range between x and y. You can place a deposit. You don't know the person you're speaking to only cares about getting you in the door. So no, they didn't "take care" of me. These kinds of tactics might work on others, but I will never patronize any of the dealerships in this group. BUYER BEWARE. More
Best customer service, friendly staff and when I called in to get information on the bike I wanted to look at, I spoke with Jena and Crystal...they were both super helpful and set me up with my sales perso in to get information on the bike I wanted to look at, I spoke with Jena and Crystal...they were both super helpful and set me up with my sales person who was great too! Bait and switch tactics continue at this dealership!!! My husband contacted the dealership twice to make sure that specific bike was available for a test ride. He drove three hours one-way to be offered a new bike instead!!! Half an hour later after he left my son called to ask for that specific bike and he was told that it was still available. And just to be clear They don’t even deserve one star. More

Bait and switch tactics I was interested in a very specific bike. I submitted a form online and was called the next morning by a women rep. I explained that I was an hour or so away, and that I want specific bike. I submitted a form online and was called the next morning by a women rep. I explained that I was an hour or so away, and that I wanted to make sure the specific bike was available before I rode there. The women assured me that the bike was available, took my name and asked when I would be there. She said everything was all set and to check in at the VIP desk when I got there. I then rode over an hour (blank check in hand) to buy the bike. When I got there, and checked in, no one seemed to know where the bike was. Soon a sales manager came over and explained the bike was not available and that it has been sold in the previous two days. They then proceeded to try and sell me a brand new Road Glide. The bottom line, is that this is bait and switch, and is illegal in the state of NH. I left a review on Facebook and was promptly blocked by this Cracker Jack dealership. There are 3 other HD dealerships within 50 miles (with 4 times the inventory), that will not lie to get you in the door. I will purchase a bike elsewhere, and you should to. More
Horrible experience! I made an appointment to look at a specific used bike and drove 75 miles from central Mass to see it. Even confirmed the appointment that afternoon. When I got there, I was forced to look at new bikes and asked lots of questions. They kept saying someone was checking to see if they still had the bike. After 20 minutes, when I asked if I could please just see the bike I came to see I was told they weren't sure if they had it. The Sales Manager said I needed to give him the stock number and "more information". When I replied, rather incredulously, "how many merlot colored 2014 Streetglide Specials do you have?", the "Sales Manager" said "maybe this isn't the right dealership for you?". xxxx right it's not! I've purchased Harleys from three dealers in MA over the years and have never been treated disrespectfully. There are too simply many Harley Dealers to do business with these people! More
