The entire team at Manchester City Nissan made it easy for me drive home with my new vehicle. From working with sales over email, to scheduling my visit and then closing with finance, this is a top-notch dealership who is transparent and straight forward with pricing. They even took in my Nissan Ariya lease early, to get me into my new vehicle faster! It was worth the 4-hour trip, recommended. More

They answered every question I had, were very open, honest and transparent. They walked me through all the paperwork seamlessly and I felt they truly wanted to make sure I had an amazing experience. This place is a joke. I thought I was happy with the service I received until I signed the paperwork and once I did, I no longer mattered to them AT ALL. Bought a brand ne I thought I was happy with the service I received until I signed the paperwork and once I did, I no longer mattered to them AT ALL. Bought a brand new 2023 rogue with 5 miles on it. Brought it home. Three days later it died on the side of the road. Needed a new battery, alternator, generator, and starter. Okay. I get that isn’t necessarily their fault. But I was now without a vehicle THREE DAYS after buying a brand new one. They did absolutely nothing to help me. No loaner. The manager Mike continuously told me he would call me back with solutions. No calls back when they were continuously telling me they would call me back to get me situated so I could still get to work while my car was getting work done (already). Mind you, I contacted my sales rep Kristin the day my car died BEFORE it died sending her a photo of the light that was on and asked if I should come down and get it checked. Still have never heard back to this day. Then I was told my registration and plates would be in within a week. A week comes and goes and I have no registration or plates. I had to hound them endlessly just to get someone to even talk to me so I could figure out what the deal with my plates was. They kept passing me back and fourth and then just hanging up. I was trying to kill them with kindness in hopes it would get through better. But they left me no option but to get stern because they weren’t interested in helping me WHATSOEVER. Now fast forward a month, I was going to let everything go and not leave a review because I understand things happen and complaining publicly just isn’t my style. But today I was notified that the dealership NEVER cancelled the registration on the car I traded in. Which, I specifically asked if there was anything I needed to do with that and was told it was all taken care of. So now I’ve been charged an extra month of insurance on a vehicle THEY have that was supposedly all set. So after reading all the negative reviews, I should’ve heeded the warning and never come here. I will not be back. I will not recommend. And I will get all my work done at my local Nissan dealership that helped when the car Manchester sold me broke down after three days. Moral of the story is, once you sign on the line, they couldn’t care less about you or your vehicle. You’re just a number to them. Lesson learned. More

Sales associate couldn't answer basic questions. I just wanted to know why my quoted price was higher than the MSRP. Took 15 mins and 3 different people before the manager printed out the sticker price, and I saw what extras the car came with... I also asked what my APR would be and that was another hassle, dealing with extra people again, and it took 10 mins. Final straw was refusing to register my car...I owed taxes, payed them, showed receipt. Sales associate refused to atempt a second time... she wouldn't believe me. So i talked to the sales manager and told him I payed, and it's ready to register. He said he would handle it himself(he never did) I checked the compliance on the website, and I was good... I've been waiting since last week. I called today, asked for who ever does registration, transferred 4 times, got ahold of Christine who told me im not insurance complaint and she can't help me. I explained that I am, and asked her to check again, she said she checked on the 29th, I told her it's the 6th now and she hung up on me! I called again, transferred 4 times again, Christine again, I said I'm trying to get my car registered, she said she is now working on it... I said "thank you" and she flipped out on me LOL. Fragile ego, guess she thought I was being sarcastic?? I payed 250 to have my car registered, was refused a refund, I've been waiting over a week, and they haven't even attempted it yet. And I'm getting screamed at on the phone for it???? They are lazy and rude, would rather gaslight you than do actual work. More
Be careful if buying your car off of your lease. Went direct to Nissan Finance and saved almost $2000 by not paying inflated fees for registration, VIN etching and absurd dealer doc fee. Ask for buy Went direct to Nissan Finance and saved almost $2000 by not paying inflated fees for registration, VIN etching and absurd dealer doc fee. Ask for buy out figures in writing and they act like they don't know you. Shady operation. But you probably know that if you have ever asked into their showroom. If someone ever made a movie about shady car dealers, this would be the place! More
