He was not surprised when I stopped by the showroom and was ready, willing and able to get me into a Nissan Leaf within minutes. The first test drive taught me all I needed to know to drive the car off the lot, but when I decided on a color different than what was available he said, "No problem. I just want you to be happy with your new car. I will have it for you in a couple of days." And he did! And I LOVE it!! The whole process was easy and comfortable. It didn't end when I drove off the lot though. Bob has contacted me to see if all is well and if I have any anxiety or issues with the charging or range of this all electric vehicle. I have no issues at all knowing that any questions that may arise will be answered in a caring, professional and friendly manner. Thanks, Bob! I LOVE MY LEAF!! More

Al Curtis was my email contact, and he was very helpful although slightly over bearing. I understand the excitement of making a sale, but the persistence was a little much. They arranged a meeting for me a few weeks after initial contact, and I met with Raul. He was very helpful and thorough in explaining the car I was interested in. I don't feel like he tried to up sell me like other dealers I have met with- he understood what I wanted and helped me find that within my price range. He also did me a huge favor and hooked me up with programs to get my interest rate even lower. If you do visit Decormier, I highly recommend him! The finance manager was equally as friendly and sped through the process for me because I only had a short amount of time before I had to be at work. He helped explained things as we went, and I was in and out if the dealership I'm under an hour on pick up day. I am very happy with my new Note, and have received many compliments. It's the perfect car for my needs (small, great on gas, lots on interior space, etc). I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends! More
I've had nothing short of a great experience at Decormier. The sales and financing departments were able to be flexible and work to get me into a price range that I was relatively comfortable with Decormier. The sales and financing departments were able to be flexible and work to get me into a price range that I was relatively comfortable with considering my negative equity. They were helpful and informative every step of the purchasing process, I will definitely be going back for all my needs throughout my lease. More

He walked us through every step even gave my wife a complete run down of the car and helped set up all the features for her. The staff wAs very down to earth and made the experience as relaxing as possible. The only negative is we were kept waiting on several occasions some times for almost an hour . Also when we were signing the loan with Sam Guzman was discussing another persons loan with us and I found that very unprofessional. All in all would still buy another car there. More
I recently purchased a pre-owned certified Altima (LOVE IT) at DeCormier Nissan. I dealt with Glenn Sawyer, General Sales Manager and Eric Meyers, Business Manager but my Sales Consultant, Bob Helme was es IT) at DeCormier Nissan. I dealt with Glenn Sawyer, General Sales Manager and Eric Meyers, Business Manager but my Sales Consultant, Bob Helme was especially helpful, he guided me with patience and knowledge from beginning to end of my purchase. I never felt pressured and was offered a better finance deal from the one I had acquired on my own. All of the employees were accomodating, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
So my experience at DeCormier started out okay. I stopped in before Christmas to look around, but when the salesman, Calvin, and I were unable to make a deal due to my trade-in, I "promised" him that I would in before Christmas to look around, but when the salesman, Calvin, and I were unable to make a deal due to my trade-in, I "promised" him that I would return after I sold that vehicle. Even though I told him then, and again via email and voice mail that I would be back once I had sold that vehicle, he continued to call every 2-3 weeks or so "just to check in". Anyway, I finally came up with another option for selling that vehicle so I decided to go to Calvin and see if we could work a deal because I had "promised" him that I would return. I went in on a Wednesday to look at a used 2013 Altima. After an hour or two of negotiation with Calvin, we came up with a monthly payment (after trade-in, etc.) for 60 months that I agreed to with him by a handshake. I came back the next day to sign all of the paperwork and allow them to clean the car up (that, they did a good job on). When I got there, Calvin sat me down and asked if I was interested in an extended warranty. When he quoted me a price (for a 60 month warranty) of $29/month more than the payment we had agreed to, I said "no thanks, too much". Of course I got the big song and dance from Calvin, but I stuck with my "no thanks, too much". So then I was brought in to sit down with Eric, one of the Finance Managers. When I sat down I realized that I had forgotten my reading glasses... yes, big mistake! especially when you're putting your name on a bunch of contractual documentation, but, I was straight forward with Eric and told him that I had forgotten my glasses but I trusted he would not steer me wrong... to which he responded the old, yes of course, you can trust that I won't steer you wrong. So then Eric asks, "are you sure that you don't want the warranty"? I "say no thanks, too much". He then says, what if I could get you the warranty, making your monthly payments xxx.xx (and quotes me a new monthly price that is $12/month more) would you get the warranty??? and then he says, plus, I got you 1.99% instead of the 2.49% as we previously agreed to, making your monthly payment xxx.xx (which was only $10/month more than my originally quoted monthly payment). "Wow, great!", I say and think to myself, "this guy Eric, he's pretty awesome, he's getting me the warranty for only $10/month more, plus, he got me 1.99% interest"!!! So I "blindly" (remember I'm not wearing my reading glasses), sign all of the paperwork... at absolutely no point did Eric ever mention extending the loan's term length! Yes, that's right, the next day I was reading over the contract (that I blindly signed) and it was for 63 months, not 60 months. Now, I know that it was my own stupidity, signing something that I couldn't read, but I trusted Eric and feel that he should have been quite a bit more detailed in his explanation of the loan, again, I never heard him say, "well, if you extend the loan to 63 months, then your monthly payment will be xxx.xx. "Fool me once, blah, blah, blah"... Deceitful is the only word I have for Decormier Nissan! As I walked out of the dealership I told Calvin that I would be back... this time I am not keeping my "promise"! I will also post on Facebook, fill out ever bad review I can and tell everyone I know my story in an effort to gain even a little bit of retribution... More
What a great car buying experience. It was very relaxed, no pressure, so easy and simple. De Cormier took into consideration the car and accessories I wanted and was able to locate it within 24 hrs. Their no pressure, so easy and simple. De Cormier took into consideration the car and accessories I wanted and was able to locate it within 24 hrs. Their customer service is outstanding; I highly recommend my sales associate was Calvin Crocklin –when you are in the market for a new vehicle! General Sales Manager Glenn Sawyer was also involved in my buying experience, he was great as well. They are very honest and straightforward with the whole process, you can tell it’s a family owned and operated business. You will leave De Cormier feeling confident in the purchase you made! I also recommend the new 2014 Rogue!!! More
We purchased a GT-R from a dealership in Connecticut and had this dealership check the car out for us since they are a certified GT-R dealership. They told us the car was fine and we asked if there was any had this dealership check the car out for us since they are a certified GT-R dealership. They told us the car was fine and we asked if there was any rust on the car and they told us no rust was found. Since the car is coming from Connecticut, we were worried about rust. Based on this dealerships good car check report, we purchased the GT-R. Once we received the GT-R, we had our local Nissan certified GT-R dealership inspect the car since we noticed some issues that was not told to us! The local Nissan dealership here found more issues and found plenty of RUST. This is ridiculous for a certified GT-R dealership to not disclose all this information to us. They should have their license re-evaluated! If you are planning to buy a GT-R or have service done to your GT-R, don't take it here. We have a GT-R evaluation report signed off from Matt Decormier.
