Worst dealership i have ever dealt with. I purchased a 2010 Escalade from there, had trans & oil leaks plus a blown air shock. The manager was so happy to tell me that those 3 things will NOT fail a VA in 2010 Escalade from there, had trans & oil leaks plus a blown air shock. That's more important than having customer possibly returning to purchase from them again. Definitely NOT! To top it all off, I already had my own financing approved through Pentagon FCU but the finance department ran my credit anyway, without my knowledge or permission. I received numerous emails for offers. I did not want them to do that. I already had a great rate and that lowers your credit score. The salesman and the dealer representative I dealt with were very courteous. I am very happy with them. I will never return here again. I signed all of my documents at Battlefield Ford nearby. I spoke to the Manager and purchased from Manassas Imports pre-owned. The building is an old roller skating rink converted to a dealership. More

The worst part is they don't even warn you about the fees. You literally have to review everything you sign twice. I came in to purchase a vehicle for $15,188. They tried to add gap coverage, a $900 reconditioning fee, and a warranty without even asking me did I want all of those things. The business office representative said these exact words to me, "I assumed you would want gap and a warranty, because everybody else does." Then, she attempted to force me to take a 72 month lease because that is what "everybody normally gets". She would not take "no" for an answer when I told her I did not want a warranty, until she saw that I was about to lose my temper. The $900 reconditioning fee was explained to me by a salesperson as the fee for cleaning the vehicle and getting an inspection. $900 to clean a car? Really? Then, they wouldn't let me talk to a general manager. John said the general manager was "unavailable". No one asked me if I wanted to leave my information for him to call me back or anything. It was the WORST experience ever. The car had been sitting on their lot for 56 days and they still weren't satisfied with me driving it off their lot at asking price. They still wanted to add fee on top of fee on to the price. I am so digested with the treatment I received there and would not recommend anybody to buy a car from them. The only good outcome was the car is very pretty, but I am still upset about the treatment I received at Manassas Imports (which is a company under Bloomfield Ford). More

Our salesperson "Buddha" was very good with us didn't give us any pressure at all and extremely helpful as well as seemed to know the vehicles well when we asked the questions he gave us the answers. He tried to help us find the fit the we wanted and we are very happy with our 2010 GMC Acadia. One thing we were extremely concerned with is mileage but we know it's not easy in used vehicles to find something low, and as we learned over 100,000 miles they are "As is no warranty", they gave us a warranty to make us feel comfortable with what we were getting was a good SUV. Very glad we went here and would recommend it to our friends and family. So if you want a good no pressure kind of sales guy go see "Buddha" he will definitely help you!!! More
