WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! They offered a Ford Truck F-350 on car guru for $23515 on 03/8/18, next day was $26915, I talked to a sales rep on Friday 3/9/18 and told her I want They offered a Ford Truck F-350 on car guru for $23515 on 03/8/18, next day was $26915, I talked to a sales rep on Friday 3/9/18 and told her I want it to make offer of $22000 for the vehicle based on the first price ($23515), sales lady even got me her cell number and we text back and forth the whole afternoon, she mentioned my offer to owner and I was told he will take it so I made an appointment for yesterday 03/10/18 and drove two hours away to get truck. Once at the dealer I deal with her and another sales rep Erick who had more experience, I told them I was willing to put $7000 down payment if the price was in fact $22000, I ask for warranty policy too and was told several times that price was negotiable and we will deal with warranty, and car minor details later on because the most important thing was get approved for credit. Max the manager told us he will do anything to make it work, that he used around 50 banks for car loans, after a long time waiting finally Max came back with a result saying we were approved for the truck but the bank charge him $2000 to loan the money (xxx), meaning the final price for the truck was $26915 plus $2000 bank fee plus taxes and other fess equal over $30k PLUS interest. I was frustrated and told him about the price on car guru a couple of day ago for $23515 which he replied it was not possible and probably a mistake on their side. How can that be a mistake when I called the dealer and text back with the rep who told me the owner was willing to take my offer. I just checked the truck on car guru today and now the dealer removed the price. Also be aware that when you tried to go into their website you get a page that reads Server Error in/application, so there is no way contact dealer or look at inventory that way unless you call them. I think they are used to dealing with people with bad credit problems and that's why maybe some of them don't realized a dealer should not charge a $2000 fee just to allow you to borrow money from a bank, That's why you paid interest. I did read a lot of bad reviews and now I totally understand the reason. DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, go somewhere else where they can honor an offer and will not try taking advantage of you!! More

He made sure my concerns were addressed accordingly. Months later he called to see how the car was doing and realized I didn't receive a coupon for a oil change. I definitely appreciate Max following up with months later and still honoring the maintenance. Max and his staff are all great to work with. More

nice deal, nice car i bought a Honda Van here on a really cold January day, and Josh was a super salesman. I saw the car we bought on the web with lots of others, and I didn't think it would work out, but Josh took us on a test drive, and patiently helped me give it a chance. I was pleasantly suprised, the van was really in great shape with all the features working. He encouraged me to consider negotiating a price, and after speaking with Antonio at the front desk, we settled and said yes. i have had the vehicle for 2 months now and it is running great. I feel like i lucked out by just visiting Manassas Auto Gallery among all the other dealers over there. Thank you Josh and Antonio! More

Not what I was expecting Dealing with Lewis and Angel was great! First there was an issue with the tire gauge light being on so I put air in the front driver side tire but th Dealing with Lewis and Angel was great! First there was an issue with the tire gauge light being on so I put air in the front driver side tire but the piece that holds the air broke off. I went back to the dealership that Saturday and was very upset because the air leaked out so AAA had to put the spare on. When I arrived I was very upset and expressed that to Max upon his arrival. Apparently he did not like what I said and proceeded to be very rude. Then lied saying the finance company was backing out the deal because I wouldn't work with him. Max also threaten to give my old car back and was very rude in his tone. I expressed to him the car needed an alignment along with repairing the tire. So we came to an agreement for me to come back on Tuesday. I attempted to let Max know one of my parking lights was out but he brushed it off. He took my car over to the mechanic and return a short time later saying I should be good. Max said, "Oh they checked the lights and no alignment was needed so they adjusted the front". When I arrived home the same parking light was still out, still pulls to left while driving, and there is a loud squeak on front end right side especially when turning the wheel. At this point I don't want to deal with rude people who don't know how to deal with customers. I want my car fixed right especially because I have to make the payments and I didn't get another car to have issues already. More
