Unsurpassed Customer Service This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, as well as my first time financing a car. I was extremely skeptical and very anxious. When I ar This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, as well as my first time financing a car. I was extremely skeptical and very anxious. When I arrived at the dealership, all of the sales reps were with customers. It was a holiday, so many people were out and about. I couldn't have been looking around for more than two minutes, when Mike (not a sales rep) took it upon himself to acknowledge my presence and introduce himself. He asked what I was looking for, and directed me to the appropriate area in the lot, and assured a rep would be with me shortly. Immediately, I had a good "feel" about the dealership and the way they treat their customers. When I found the car that I was confident about buying, I was nervous that the terms of the deal would be unmanageable due to my limited credit history. Mike treated me with respect and was gracious about explaining the terms of the loan. He even was able to get me a more comfortable interest rate and payment when we thought it was not possible. He was patient with my questions, and not pushy in the least. I have gone to other dealerships and have been treated poorly simply because of a thin credit file. I am so pleased with the exceptional service I received while working with Mike. I am so happy I visited Manahawkin Kia, and I will recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car.
