Quick friendly service. It is always a pleasure to deal with everyone at this dealership. I made an appointment for my 6 month service over the phone on Monday with Megan. Today when I arrived at 9:45 for my appointment I was greeted by Bryan (& Megan) .After Bryan did a quick walk around of my car he returned & explained what needed to be done on my vehicle & asked if I had any other concerns . He then did the needed paperwork & told me the car would be ready in about an hour. Before I could get my cup of coffee I saw my car being brought into the service area. While walking around in the show room I was again greeted by Dirk ,he asked me how I liked my Forte which surprised me (that he remembered what I purchased).We then had a conversation about the improvements on the new Soul & a few other cars & before I knew it Bryan was tracking me down to pick up my car . I was in & out in 45 minutes& best of all no pressure . I must say this dealership treats its customers like family. Thanks again for a great experience. More

The first impression walking into the showroom was OK another car dealership, but from the moment we met Jeff that wasn't the case. Jeff and Dirk, as well as the entire staff were amazing. They spent an exuberant amount of time with my wife and I going over every detail. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the entire process from the moment we walked in until we left with our new car.
