Hands down the best service around! Well we couldn’t have been more wrong! We are now more than willingly to make the trip here because they’re a fantastic dealership with an amazing service department. They’re so great that I am now going to start taking my Kia here, and we have a Honda and Kia dealership less than 15min from our house but their service doesn’t even come close to Manahawkin’s. The service department customer service level is second to none. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They tell you exactly what’s wrong, they don’t pressure you or try to scare you into adding on extra services like other dealerships. The past few trips we’ve dealt with Bryan who is hands down the best in the business! Honest, professional, caring, personable and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles that come through. Bryan’s the reason we’ll now be taking both our vehicles here for service, and recommending this dealership to everyone we know. More
Quick ,Friendly service I brought my Forte in today for service . What a pleasure it is to deal with these people. Exceptional Service Team I had to bring my Sorento in for service and was advised my oil pan had hole in it and was leaking oil. They said it was under warranty, ordered part I had to bring my Sorento in for service and was advised my oil pan had hole in it and was leaking oil. They said it was under warranty, ordered part and really no gimmick. It really was under warranty. I waited for the well you owe this, like other car dealer service centers do. I had to get front brakes done, so I made appt. to have that done and the oil pan and they even offered a loaner car. So thankful. They are very professional, but also have a sense of humor. They don't rack your over the coals. I usually Deal with Megan and she is very helpful, polite and courteous. More
A No Hassel Smooth Place Went to autotrader.com site to see what my trade-in car would be worth. Got a price and also some dealers that would paid the quoted price. Went to the dealer and met Jerry (a sales associate). I was on the defensive and ready to do battle. It was quite the apposite of what I expected. Jerry listen, understood my needs and budget and said they would work with me. Needless to say, we bought a car without any hassle and a great deal. Amazing customer service! I went into Manahawkin Kia Wednesday night. I have spoken to Darrin a few times on wanting to buy or lease a newer car. He ended up meeting me there, I went into Manahawkin Kia Wednesday night. I have spoken to Darrin a few times on wanting to buy or lease a newer car. He ended up meeting me there, on his day off! The day prior, we went to another dealership to look around, no one was friendly at all. As soon as I walked into Kia, everyone was smiling and talking. Darrin knew our budget and what I was looking for. He pulled out a vehicle for us, and it was perfect and right in our budget. He made it super easy to walk out that night with my new 2017 Kia Sorento lease. Love the car and Darrin was so easy to work with! Highly recommend both Kia manahawkin for amazing customer service in their store and working with Darrin!! More

Incredible Service Center Manahawin Kia provides outstanding service. They went over my whole car even though it was only there for the Recall Notice.. They finished the recalls, and Megan Yunker told me that my right front axle was. loose, that they would replace it free of charge and scheduled a new appointment. I went back on the day, and they did indeed fix it as promised while I waited i their comfortable waiting room, stocked with refreshments! Bryan Scherlin the other Service Manager released the car, and off I went, with a new Axle, with no charge! Thank you Meagan for finding the problem and thank you Bryan for efficiently getting me on m way!!I appreciate their kindness, knowledge, articulation of the problem, ad thank you for fixing it for free!! You folks ROCK!! More

During the car buying process you will be graced with a light heart, and a warm smile. I highly recommend Cary Gardner. Cary's father and grandfather owed car dealerships, so do not let the fact she is a girl fool you.. she knows her stuff! After purchasing/leasing a Kia you will eventually need an oil change, a tire rotation, etc. The service department is impeccable. The receptionist Megan will work with you to help set up an appointment that better accommodates your busy schedule. Once there, the waiting area has couches, tables, TVs, and a coffee bar.
