On April 25, 2025, I contacted Dodge Jeep Manahawkin New Jersey to purchase fob for my Wagoneer. At that time, the fee was assessed at $430 at which time I paid for the fob and two weeks later went in for a Jersey to purchase fob for my Wagoneer. At that time, the fee was assessed at $430 at which time I paid for the fob and two weeks later went in for an appointment to have it synced with my vehicle. My arrival that day I was told it would take 20 minutes to complete an hour and a half and passed and unsuccessfully could not be installed. At the time I was told a new fob would be ordered and it could be a software glitch, but they would try a new fob. A week or so later I contacted the service department and spoke to Kayla who informed me that the software was to blame for the glitch in systems. Kayla continue to press into the issue surrounding the key fob and reached out to multiple people to find a result. And so her supervisor sat with me and gave me the rundown on the next steps. I am currently waiting for a new key fob that has been identified as the fix to the issue With option one. Option two has to do with a software update that is not currently in the system. In closing, I think that more companies should hire people like Keyla. She’s exceptional in customer service and goes above and beyond with providing the customer with complete satisfaction. In my experience, this is how companies excel and exceed expectation and competition. I commend you for hiring Kayla. She is a perfect example for customer service and professionalism. More
