The dealership shipped a 30,000 dollars lexus to me, and i went to look at it and the car had been wrecked and had a sloppy paint job. I had been looking for a Mustang all day going for dealership to dealership with the same old line, If I could do this car far this amount would you drive it home today??? People this is annoying, please please stop teaching salespeople to do so. To make a long story short I was driving by Man O War and saw the mustang I wanted. Jason came out with the keys already in hand, we talked and jokes around a little bit and then took it out. I loved the car, but hated the MUSTANG sticker on the door's, and Jason told me no problem he could get them off. We went in and explain the buy vs the lease. After all the information he gave the lease was the better option for me, lower payment and all the service of the vehicle is free. Jason was great and so was the Dealership. More
I called the service dept. and asked how much will timing the car cost? before a price was quoted, I explained that we had already replaced the timing belt. They said that it will still cost over $300 dollars to do. I called Paul Miller's Ford dealership and their service dept. knows it would be cheaper because they wouldn't have to do some of the work. Bottom Line, this particular dealership deals in lies and scamming people. I do not recommend them. More
I rated everything a "1" but I've never gotten beyond going to the lot and being told, "We just sold that car this morning. Have you ever considered driving a ______ ? (fill in the blank with a Ford-equivalent of whatever it was you came to look at in the first place). One of these days, I'm going to read the paper at 5 am and then drive to the lot and wait for it to open so that I can be the one that they "sold it to this morning". More
Unlike the other entries I did buy a car here. It was a used mini van. We talked back and forth over the details and price for about three or four days. Over the phone and in person. The price was the sticking point but they did me right. Mr. Weiss was honest and forthcomming. However like with any dealer know your price and start low. if you buy from this dealer ask for Donald Weiss. More
