These people treated me like a second class citizen A car dealer named Lucus tried to sell me a car when i went to look at this dealership, I didnt buy that day and told him I had another appointment wi A car dealer named Lucus tried to sell me a car when i went to look at this dealership, I didnt buy that day and told him I had another appointment with another dealer, and i would get back in touch before the day ends, after a couple of hours i messaged him back to see what deal we could work out, he ignored me till closing time, telling me he would get in touch monday morning, well he never does so i send him a message, he in turn makes me wait all day only to lie to me and tell me that they would need a huge down payment which he knew i wouldn't go for because he was upset with me for leaving the day i left for another dealer, he never even tried to get me a deal on a car, talk about sabotaging yourself, i guess they don't need my business, or yours for that matter if they want to play games with people and give them the run around cause you hurt their feelings, SHAME ON YOU LUCAS. You need a thicker skin to be in that business More

Hiding issues with cars Not 5 minutes from leaving dealer, check engine light comes on.....MAJOR engine fault for cam timing. Took straight to "Real Dealer" for the model. t Not 5 minutes from leaving dealer, check engine light comes on.....MAJOR engine fault for cam timing. Took straight to "Real Dealer" for the model. they stated that this code would have been coming on for a LONG TIME.... (their words). and would have had to been reset. Unfortunately, third party code readers reset the codes but you don't know how many times or when. I believe they not only knew of these issues, but were covering them up. There were a couple of other codes that popped too, in total cost us over $2500.00 in repairs. I asked them to help out with even half of the repairs. Took them over two weeks of pushing me off just to tell me "we aren't going to do anything to help out" I have reported them to the Alabama Attorney Generals Office and BBB. Steer clear More

It took thirty days to get the paper work. I called the owner who said he would take care of everything. Just to be given the run around by his xxxxxxx salesman for three weeks. They lied and lied until he finally ran out of lies and then finally admitted that they hadnt and would not be doing anything to help. It was not only that PETE, the salesmane, lied but that he was amazingly Nasty about it when he finally got caught in his lie. Whatever you do don't buy a car from these people. You will regret it. More
