Brought car in for Ford Safety Recall Dan Keller checked my service record and informed me that most of the items serviced at 120,000 miles had already been taken care of during previous a Dan Keller checked my service record and informed me that most of the items serviced at 120,000 miles had already been taken care of during previous appointments and all that was needed was the safety recall item and the complimentary oil change, I was very happy. He was upfront and honest about what was needed and didn't try to talk me into something unnecessary. I always feel comfortable with Malouf's service department. Experience with this service center rectified I took my car in for a message on the car's dashboard the transmission is overheated, stop safely... they ran vehicle diagnostic and stated they only I took my car in for a message on the car's dashboard the transmission is overheated, stop safely... they ran vehicle diagnostic and stated they only found an issue with the car's battery. I took the car home 300 hundred dollars later and the same message popped up the transmission is over heating... The service center then found the issue was related to a computer chip and this was replaced with no change incurred to me and they were able to reinburst me for half on the car rental. I am a now satified customer now... . More

Staff always friendly and service quick Had our car in for a recall and it only took a little over 2 hours to complete. Also had a problem replacing the batteries in the key fob.
