Hands down the worst experience I have ever had, I took my MKC in for a minor repair. My car is still under Factory warranty and the very nasty service crew and manager told me " if you didn't buy your car my MKC in for a minor repair. My car is still under Factory warranty and the very nasty service crew and manager told me " if you didn't buy your car from us we will not service it". They are not honorable to deal with . I took it to another Lincoln dealer and they were a pleasure to deal with. My advise is to stay away at all cost from buying or servicing a car from Malouf. I have told everyone I can about my experience with Malouf Ford and they all agree they are not worthy of any of our business. More

Even though I chose to leave the vehicle with them for the day, he called me and gave me the complete run-down of everything that needed to be done to the vehicle and how much it would cost. The cost was broken down by issue and he even provided the total cost with taxes included. One of the things that I appreciated is that he notified me of a promotion on tires, which I badly needed. He helped save me a good chunk of money that I would have otherwise had to spend had I gone anywhere else. Although my interaction with him was brief, I felt comfortable and informed about what exactly was being done to my vehicle, the cost, and when I could expect to get it back. Very professional. More
