But besides this I requested that your personnel look to see if they can somehow tighten up the cover (bezel) on my drivers side door handle as it became loose. Well the good news that your technician James Myers were able to screw it back in & @ a minimal cost! And finally it was awesome to see that your technician didn’t a thorough check of my tires & under the hood. (battery, etc.).. Very appreciative on a job well done John Lynam More

Very bad job with the worse customer service experience ever. My husband brought my truck for a brake service on March 19 and pick up the next day. It cost us $ 981.30 to replace front rotors with brake pads, repack front bearings and replace passenger side brake caliper and performed brake flush. After driving the truck on Thursday the tire on passenger side shows the brake dust. Brought the truck back to Malouf and Sal said the tire rod is cracked and need to be replace. After my mechanic friend take a look at my truck, there is nothing wrong with the tire rod but the caliper is a rebuilt caliper which look very bad. I went to Malouf this morning and spoke to Joe, showed him the picture of the caliper and the video of the tire. He asked me who change the caliper? I gave him the service paperwork with what was done, he told me to make an appointment to drop the truck, while I was waiting, Joe handed the paperwork over to Sal, and he was very rude to me saying nothing wrong with the caliper and it was replaced. He refuse to listen to any of my explanation or answer my questions, at one point he was very rude telling me: "I don't understand every single word you say! I already told your husband what need to be done!" After put him in the phone with my mechanic friend he finally admitted the caliper they put is not a new one it was rebuilt and the wheel bearing need to be change and the passenger side sway bay end link is broken. This will cost us more than $ 300 to fix it. And he keep insisted will not do anything with the rebuilt caliper. I am sure there will be something else wrong or need to be replace after we bring the truck back to get these extra fix. Very frustrated, for the big dealership with many customer who trusted them, this is how actually they treat the customer. I hope everyone could take a lesson from this and make sure you get the 'new' parts if you do get your service done here. More

Thank You James Lennon I accompanied my wife to drop off her car for service and thought I would go into the showroom to do some browsing, but had no intention to buy. James Lennon approached me and I let him know that I Loved the cars, but could not afford a new car purchase. We talked a bit about what I was currently driving, and my wife joined me, coming from the service area. James told me that he had a beautiful used car that he was very excited about, and asked me if I would like to take a look. Sure, I said. Jimmy got the keys, checked my license (I had no intention to take a test drive), and went out to fetch the car. Then, THERE IT WAS!!! YIKES!!! The 2016 Ford Explorer Sport, in a Very Unique color. My wife and I took it for a test drive. This car had EVERYTHING and MORE than I was expecting, and would only cost me a few dollars a month more than my 2009 Buick Enclave...SOLD!!! Poor Service at the Service Center I had a vehicle towed to this dealership for service on a Monday, I made repeated calls to the dealership to check on the status of the repairs thorou I had a vehicle towed to this dealership for service on a Monday, I made repeated calls to the dealership to check on the status of the repairs thorough out the week, only to be told the vehicle had not been brought into the shop to be looked at. Each call for an update of status was initiated by me. I was out of town so I was not able to go to the dealership to check the status. After the vehicle was at the dealership for a week, on the following Monday I was able to visit the dealership to see what the status was on the repair. The vehicle still had not been brought into the shop to be looked at, but I guess since I was standing in front of them they could not let it sit outside any longer. The service representative went into the office and I was told the vehicle would be brought into the shop that day. Later that day I received a call of what the problem was and what the repair would be. I did not receive any other updates and had to call myself on Wednesday to find out the repair was complete and I could pick up the vehicle Thursday morning, a week and a half after the vehicle was dropped off. The repair required was the replacement of the brake master cylinder. It is hard to understand how a dealership who advertises they have 20 technicians and 25 bays in their shop would take so long to even look at the vehicle. It is also hard to understand the lack of caring the service representative had or being provided updates in this instance. I had recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and that experience was good. The vehicle I had in for service was not purchased at this dealership and I wondered aloud to the service representative if this was the reason it sat outside for so long, he said it was not. More

Good Experience A few weeks ago, I took my Lincoln MKX to the service center because the side door lock didn't work. I made a phone call to schedule an appointment and they took me as soon as they had an opening. When I got there, I spoke to Joe Steinner who was very helpful and pleasant. I was very surprised to receive a phone call a couple of hours later letting me know that my car was done!. Joe offered to give my car a wash and he was very kind to wait for me 20 minutes to come to pick up my car after work. I was very pleased with the service. More
