When I took final delivery of my new MKX, Chris got in the car for me and went over ever detail of the controls like it was his own car. I couldn't believe how many details he knew about the vehicle. The financing/warrantee guy was super efficient and had everything ready for me when I got to his office. He gave me a couple extended warrantee options, I made a decision and the paper work was seamless and took only a few minutes to complete. The service center is as good as the front of the house. Easy to deal with, accommodating with a loaner vehicle and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Great dealership, great people and a good, solid company to deal with. They made me feel very comfortable. I would and have recommended them to friends and family. More

The salesman who worked with us, Frank Colonna, was very knowledgeable and listened to what I was lookin for. In no time he had the car I wanted on his IPad and asked which color I wanted to test drive. I loved the car and we agreed on a very fair price without the usual ten trips to the manager. They did not pressure me to take the car the same day, like so many other dealers do. When we went back two days later the car was all ready. Frank sat with us in the car and showed us how everything worked (which no one has ever done for me before). We signed the paperwork and were out the door with our new car in under an hour. I happily recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. It is a calm and quiet environment, extremely clean and everyone is very pleasant and easy to work with. More
