As a 21 year old who doesn't know much about cars and is new to leasing one, received a lot of help and information from Don Brown and Chris Fitzgerald. Don worked with me to find a deal that would allow me to lease the car I wanted and fit my budget. Don was very helpful in explaining how the lease would work and the different options I could have on the lease in a way that I could understand. Don was very professional, helpful and informative during our encounter at Malouf Ford. Now Chris was very understanding in what I wanted in the new car along with the budget I had. He showed me all the cars that had what I wanted in them along with helped me figure out what I really didn't need to fit in my budget range. Chris was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles he showed me and explained the difference between them to me in a way that I would understand for a person that doesn't know much about cars. Chris also went through all the details about leasing a new car and what came along with it. Chris went threw and showed me how to use everything in my new car and was very informative. Chris made sure that understand how to use everything in the new car and answered any questions I had before I drove the car off the lot.
