We arrived for a test drive at 7pm and drive off in my new car just before 9pm - that's fast!! We were treated respectfully and received and absolutely fair deal on our new vehicle. No games or gimmicks I recently leased a new vehicle with Malouf Ford Lincoln and they could not have made the process easier or more pleasant. I owed more on my vehicle t I recently leased a new vehicle with Malouf Ford Lincoln and they could not have made the process easier or more pleasant. I owed more on my vehicle than it was worth, but was desperate to get out of the loan and into a new car. Dino, the manager, and Rob, the sales associate I worked with, were great. Dino worked out a deal in which they bought me out of my loan and got me into the new SUV with minimal out of pocket expense; in fact it was thousands less than I anticipated having to pay out! Rob is a straight shooter and you never feel like you're being taken for a financial ride. He is upfront about costs, down payments, terms, etc. and tells you exactly what to expect. The whole process from the time I walked onto the lot to the time I drove off in my new vehicle took only a few hours. They got me a rate I was happy with and worked with me not against me. I would definitely recommend taking a trip to see these guys if you're in the market for a new car! Thanks again Dino & Rob! More

What an incredible experience. Wow. Greatest car buying experience I've ever had, and probably ever will because I don't know how they can possibly out-do themselves. My father-in- Wow. Greatest car buying experience I've ever had, and probably ever will because I don't know how they can possibly out-do themselves. My father-in-law did all the leg work in making this deal happen. He originally went to the dealership where my wife's car was leased and talked numbers. He then left that dealership and drove further to Malouf just to compare prices. Malouf was so welcoming, upfront, and transparent. My father-in-law (who worked in the industry post retirement for a few years) could not believe the numbers Malouf offered us on a new lease. It blew the other dealer out of the water. But that's not all. They did so many other things to go out of their way to make our experience a great one (too many to list.) Don Brown is a phenomenal Sales Manager. Genuinely pleasant-no fake sales BS here. And Chris Fitzgerald absolutely shocked me with how knowledgeable he was with the new 'techy' features of the car. It was as if he's demonstrated how to operate the console gadgets thousands of times! Finance Manager Charlie was also extremely efficient. Sales Manager Steven Close was also involved and very friendly. I will definitely be going out of my way to purchase my future vehicles from here. I had such a great experience that I told 20 people so far at my organization how great Malouf was. Outstanding job Ford Malouf! More

So happy we did! We arrived an hour prior to closing to test drive the Escape and Chris, our sales consultant could not have been more knowledgeable and pleasant. He answered all our questions and we never felt rushed. When we picked up the car, Chris took his time to explain all the features.
