It took 4 months from start to "finish" to get an oil change, do some suspension work, and (fail to) order a rear door magnet for my ford transit. The people at the desk were quick to say "sure no problem we'll have it done tomorrow" over and over again but I had to keep bringing it back in week after week. At the end, they ordered the wrong part for the magnet and I just asked for my refund for that portion of it and I'll take it somewhere else. I am extremely annoyed and disappointed with Malouf and would rather take it anywhere else next time. More

Scammers, they will not hesitate to sell you trash vehicles, the worst! I wish I could give negative stars. They claim to have a 200 point inspection, if so they are extremely inept at their trade. I drove from MD to get a Lincoln Navigator from them. I bought it that day, they said they didn't have a battery for it and they would have to drive it to me. I should have known at that point they were going to screw me. They dropped it off without being cleaned and the defroster wire on the back window wasn't connected. They took the car back and fixed that, that's about the only good thing I can say. It is a 2018, which I bought I 2021. Since then the transmission blew and i had to get it completely rebuilt, their was an issue with the oil pan and another part that had to be replaced and the motor to windshield washer broke. How does a transmission blow in 5 years? They are crooks. Stay away. More
