Went in to purchase a new truck and we saw one we liked. I noticed the price of the truck on the sheet and what they had written on the window was a $10,000 difference. When I asked the salesman about the price difference his attitude changed and started getting xxxxty after I told my husband to let’s look around more to see if we could find someone who wasn’t upping the price that much. He said you won’t find anywhere else that is not marking the trucks up $10-20 thousand dollars more. Haha jokes on him we purchased a new truck for the same price that is Toyota MRSP at another dealership. More
We purchased a used truck which was in great shape, loaded, for a good price. When we picked it up after it was detailed, they had removed the bed liner which they said was included and couldn’t find i loaded, for a good price. They blatantly lied about the service contract after we asked very specific questions, then three months later still have not sent title to our insurance company so we can tag it. I used to work at a car rental business near them and they had shady business practices so I should have known better. This company has poor business ethics so please be careful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I knew how much it should cost, so I asked and got a confirmation that it would be “about” that much. At the cashier the number I got was $20 more. I asked to look at the itemized bill and saw a $20 charge for an oil additive that I didn’t need (I am using fully synthetic oil and follow factory service intervals) or asked for. They claimed I needed it to make oil last longer. Seriously? I’ve owned five of the same model Toyota vehicles over the past 20 years and had them serviced with at least ten different Toyota dealers, and this is the first time a dealer ever tried to charge me for an oil additive. They took it off my bill because I didn’t approve it. However, my first impression was very negative and I have to watch them like a hawk if I ever decide to go back there. More
I bought 2020 RAV4 in Feb 2020 . One of the worse dealer i ever seen. At the time of purchase Car finance Manager promised he will help for less interest after 12 payments. My trip to this dealership last weekend was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. Despite being told that I just at the 'shopping around' phase, my salesman (Steve Pennington) was excessivel worst experiences that I have ever had. Despite being told that I just at the 'shopping around' phase, my salesman (Steve Pennington) was excessively pushy and actually made me uncomfortable. When I tried to address concerns I had about the car, he talked over me and never acknowledged my concerns. He kept repeating "what will it take to get you into this car today?" This despite the fact that I made it clear that I was just looking. I finally got up and left with Steve and then several other people following me, continuing to badger me. Steve followed me out into the parking lot where I told him that he was way too aggressive but that didn't seem to faze him. I would strongly recommend not visiting this dealership. I had wanted to stick with Toyota, but this experience convinced me to switch to a different brand. I highly recommend the Subaru dealership down the street. My experience there was the polar opposite. My salesman was friendly and helpful & the entire experience was very pleasant. More
Brake repair...NOT! Went in for a routine oil change. Told me I needed rear brakes/pads..$491.00. I trusted my gut and went to another garage and they told me there was nothing wrong and I did NOT need brakes. They charged me $21 for labor, that's it!! Called the manager, told me to come and they would show me. I have purchased 3 cars and multiple services.....NO more!!! While I was getting my oil changed I overheard another serviceman try to scam a lady but she was smart enough not to fall for it!!! Stay local and don't waste your $$$ on the big dealerships for service!!!! More
They lie from first contact. Beware go some place else to spend your money. Stay away!! Management called a day later to see why I did not buy. I told them about the unethical behavior. Experienced no pressure sale with Amber who not only made my bad day much better, but found us what we wanted the same day another dealer told me it wasn't even an option "because" they were not made that way. I can't wait to return to get another. More
