I bought my lincoln there...brought it in 4 times in almost four years, outside of my old 89 crown vic before that....service was great then...............service has suffered dramatically now over the almost four years, outside of my old 89 crown vic before that....service was great then...............service has suffered dramatically now over the years......(since I moved here in 2013) they are not as personable and thorough ..service didtn let me ask questions while On the phone. girl at desk sent me to another desk and then another...it wasnt like that before..you went to the customer service desk..and went from there, everyone seemed to be in sync..........they directed you this time..but the staff seem disorientated , confused and possibly overwhelmed or new ...............thinking of changing after all these years.we have yet to see if the problem I spent alot more I anticipated on with is fixed with my car. and they happen to lose the reminder paper i gave to service to make sure things were done... Local mechanic replace a pcm in my FORD EDGE and Ford wouldn't let them reprogram the new one. They took it to Malloy Ford to reprogram and they couldn't or wouldn't fix it. Mechanic than took car to T wouldn't let them reprogram the new one. They took it to Malloy Ford to reprogram and they couldn't or wouldn't fix it. Mechanic than took car to Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly. 2 Months and $4000 it was fixed. 2016 w/55k miles. Ripoff!!!! More
I had my RV in for service to realign my steering wheel. They did an excellent job. As always, the staff was both friendly and professional. They even made adjustments for me to meet my schedule. I had appt.for oil change on 7/16. Waited over 2 hrs. People came in without appts. and left before me. I went to check on truck and no one knew where it was or made effort to come get me. Not happy at all with service today and communication. Scheduled a recall appt to drop off Mon and pick up Tues. called on Monday to verify parts were in. I borrowed a vehicle and had someone to pick me up then had to go get car and a friend take me again. If I hadn’t called I feel like my car would be sitting there for days. Really bad communication. Service manager should be checking on parts days ahead when people have a scheduled appt. Not a happy customer. More
