Screwed by Jerry's Ford responded

Sohail & Bill Ritenour know who I am if they wanted to make this right they would have corrected my defective paint job on my F-150. I would have never written this review, but all they gave me was (lip Service) the run around and lies. Telling me to go get estimates for the repair work,which I did and hand delivered to Sohail and with him saying with the age & low milage that Ford will cover the defective paint job. I had an agreement with Jerry's Ford I was going to give them a lot of money and they were going to give me a Quality Ford Motors Company product this is not what I signed up for or expected when I came to Jerry's Ford to special order my new F-150. I wanted a truck that would give me many years of use & service but but what I ended up with was a truck with peeling paint to look at for many years instead. Since I left your dealership for the repair to my transmission, I have seen another F-150 the same color as mine with a Virginia license plate and the paint was peeling paint , just like mine around the rear window, that's more of Ford Motor Company's quality workmanship. I would like to know who from Jerry's Ford @ 4:28 am on 12/13/2018 sent this message saying they will work with you to make this right. hahaha. Sohail, Bill, please feel free to contact me anytime so I can schedule a time for the repaint of my defective paint job, since that's what I purchased from Jerry's, a truck with a good paint job that wont peel off. Maybe I should have bought a 100 year old model A or T you can still find them with original paint. Please call me soon. 12/13/2018

I have no such interest in calling your number as it never helped in the past and I already filed my official complaint with FORD and BBB. Normally, customer's problems get resolved by contacting the Store Manager or a supervisor, but Jerry's Ford has the most unprofessional and rude General Manager (Tom Ibrahimi) in the car industry in DMV area. Not only he doesn't solve your problem, he begins to deceive you further and when you start writing authentic reviews on your experience, he denies giving you service. I will not allow this will happen ever to anyone and I will do my best to share my experience and raise my voice to any consumer rights protection agencies and all portals.Jerry's Ford sold me a useless plan for over $2000 two years ago and they were charging me $135 for Sync Update and $200 for USB diagnosis alone on 6/16/2018 and when I denied paying them extra, their service department claimed that they did a favor for me to accept me although I had an appointment fixed at 3pm and Tom Ibrahimi (The General Manager) himself denied servicing my vehicle because I posted my authentic experience about the business on their Facebook Page and he didn't like negative feedback. I suggest all people who were ripped off by this business to file their complaints on BBB and FORD directly so that they are excluded from FORD's distribution channel and reimburse for all the money they stole from people by selling useless plans. Remember, the service plan they sell to you, as they call it, "Bumper to Bumper" is a total scam and it is not verified and approved by FORD. All FORD cars come with PowerTrain warranty up to 60,000 miles and what they sell you is redundant to FORD's service plan. They steal an extra $2,000 from you for a warranty plan that is already covered by the manufacturer.
