After their "repair", I wasn't a mile down the road when I noticed an issue. I immediately made an appointment to bring the car back a few days later. They wouldn't even look at it unless I committed to paying $195 for an inspection because they were 99% sure that their work on my transmission was unrelated to the transmission issue I experienced driving out of their dealership. I don't believe in coincidences and they wouldn't stand behind their work. More

I should have read the reviews before taking my car there. I had battery replaced which should be a pretty simple thing to do. The battery cable was left loose and my car stopped 10 minutes later I drove off the dealership. The service manager argued with me that the cable was on when I drove off and came loose while driving. Go figure! Per the service manager, this was an inconvenience for me when my car died on the busy intersection, not even the emergency lights worked, can't push my car off the road. When I said I refuse to pay for any labor and I want my money refunded, the manager called me an opportunists and a liar- basically in his mind I was trying to scam the service for $40. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. The one star reviews should be taken in consideration when taking your car to be serviced there. More

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP This is a racist dealership I advise no black or minority customers to do any service with this dealership. Please beware of this dealership especially women of color. I took my v advise no black or minority customers to do any service with this dealership. Please beware of this dealership especially women of color. I took my vehicle to get an oil change and get a brand new tire plugged. He was very rude and screamed across the bay that it was $35,$35,$35. They would have to charge $35 to see what was wrong with the tire. I informed him that it was a new tire and I showed him where the tire needed to be pluged Because I didn’t want to pay $35 dollars for a plug I inform him I would do it myself for 7 buying the plug at auto zone. He came to the waiting room later on and asked where was I going to get my tire fixed I informed him again that I will do it myself for about $7. The service advisor said he would fix it for 7 then I get my bill I was charged 15. I left with a higher bill. The next day my tire was flat again. Inspected the tire there was a fresh cut on the wall of the brand new tire. I knew he did it or had someone to do it. I was not able to go back to the dealership so I sent a video to the dealership and all they could say was that they were sorry that my experience was not good. I reported then to ford motor credit. Truck sat in the lot for two weeks before they brought it into The bay. When I called they said “they forgot” 2weeks more for repairs. Truck ended up being there for over a month. 2nd time dropped truck off because it died on the highway. Said idk what’s wrong but that there is a misfire and that I think it’s the timing chain failure again. Which caused a misfire. The truck was given back with timing fixed and engine light on and a misfire in #2. Which they said I didn’t ask them to fix and that it would cost another 150$ to diagnose the problem. Mind you they just charged me 1000$ for the timing chain. Which included diagnostics (150$). All in all this experience with malloy and this ecoboost engine has turned me away from Ford forever. My whole family is Ford or bust I’ve owned 9 total Ford vehicles myself. That being said I will never buy another. Straight trash. Motors. Staff. Service I would give less than one star if possible I hope this review helps More

The salesman simply had his own agenda and that of the dealership and did not listen to me. I finally gave him 15 minutes to get everything settled or I walked. He did and I left with the car I wanted. My second purchase went much more smoothly because I stated what I wanted, what I would not consider and the salesman heard me and helped me mover along in the process. Again I got the car I wanted and am very happy with it. I am also happy with the service department. Bill Ritenour has been my favorite helper but others are also helpful. There was a time period when I was using crutches to get around and everyone there was extremely helpful without making a big fuss. My handicap continues and so does their helping hands for which I am very grateful. :) More

Could be the worst car service experience I’ve had. Not once did he asked what was wrong with the car, nor care to get out of his seat and take literally three steps from his service counter to the car to see that there are three warning lights on the dashboard. He didn’t even care to look into the car history to see that I’ve brought this car in three times prior for engine issues (within a span of two months). For one of those times, the shop held the car for nearly a month to work on the problem. If he did, he would know that the engine on this car suddenly shut down while I am on the highway…multiple times. The car is also under recall. Mr. Stein could careless that I put my life and the lives of others at risk every time I am in this car that his company built. This is a SAFETY issue. Even after I shared my concerns, Mr. Stein expressed that these are not his problems. “These are the car problems.” He was not listening. These days, I don’t expect great customer services, but I do expect people to do their job especially when the customers are paying for their services. The first thing that Mr. Stein said was that he can’t work on the car until next week. And that was all he cared about. I get it. Too many car service requests, not enough technicians, etc. I also didn’t make an appointment. I can understand that. But when you are driving and don’t feel safe and you have three warning lights on, you bring the car in as soon as you can to get some advice. I didn’t get any advice. I live 30+ miles away and I ask for a ride back to my home, and he said that they only give rides within 5-mile distance and refused to offer any assistance. Essentially, the car being under recall is my problem. Apparently, Mr. Stein and Ford have no responsibility in how that impacts their customers’ daily life and work. Nevermind the fact that I bought the car new at this location just two years ago and it should still be under warranty. As a large company, I’d expect you to take responsibility for your mishaps and assist your customers who you have negatively impacted. The least you can do is get an uber so that you customer can get back home! Mr. Stein did not give me his name but handed me a card, which I presume to be his name. But you will know if you run into him at Jerry’s Ford. I won’t forget. More
