While your experience was very unfortunate, we do want to be completely transparent - we do admit that the vehicle was involved in an accident (our driver was sideswiped off the road), but this vehicle was not offered to be resold following that incident as that would have been an unethical thing to do without having anything assessed first. When we make arrangements to transfer vehicles between dealers, it can sometimes be a complicated measure and while we accepted your deposit for the vehicle, sometimes that dealers personnel can deny a transfer after it has been agreed upon (especially if they had a local customer looking to purchase the unit in question). Deposit refunds, made by credit card, can sometimes take up to 10 days to issue.
