Will do again!!!! We live in Richmond, VA but found the truck I wanted at Jerry's Ford. This was mid November, 2017. I called and talked to Sean Mattis (salesman) and decided after talking to him I was going to brave the traffic. Once I arrived and was greeted by Sean I knew I was at a place I would like to do business. As the deal progressed and others became involved I still felt no pressure that I had to do this deal (the sales guilt routine). Once complete, I left with a smile on my face, a deal I appreciated and with the intent to go back for my other future needs. Funny, the other need(s) appeared the following week and I bought my wife a new SUV, same salesman, great support staff, a deal we were all happy with. Thanks Sean, Tom and all the others involved, we will be back!!!!!!! More
Worst dealership experience ever!!! They gave me an out the door price twice. When it was time to do the paperwork I guess they thought I wouldn't see or ask why an extra 2,000 bucks was added to the deal. THEY PLAY ALL THE GAME ALL THE DEALERS GAMES. If you want to be "Toyed " with then go there quick. Its a dog and pony show. I was foolish enough to waist my time to visit the dealership a second time after so called management apologized for the shady finance guy added more cost to the deal. The two fake twin brothers I worked with apart of the show as well. After I got up from the table and went to ask the finance guy why is he playing games, why did he have me all the way in VA in a slight ICE storm for nothing. It was all a show. The sales brother then comes over and states lets not sale the vehicle to him etc. After the sales guy looked like he wanted to fight he realized that I was pissed he then stated he was just playing... these are kids here the worst experience EVER buying a car. Not too mention they ran my credit through a bunch of different banks after I told them the deal was off and I left. Next comes letters in the mail stating Jerry's Ford asked for credit from this people on my behalf. STAY AWAY, I CAN'T MAKE THIS UP --YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! PS. I DON'T CARE WHO CALLS YOU AND TALK A GOOD GAME ABOUT WHAT THEY CAN DO WITH THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE YOU WANT. THEY ARE xxxx THEY ARE ALL LITTLE GUYS. The owner pulls the strings here and he will never call you back. More
Multiple Blatant Misrepresentations I contacted this dealer about a specific truck and set an appointment for a test drive. Before leaving my house, I asked the dealer to confirm whethe I contacted this dealer about a specific truck and set an appointment for a test drive. Before leaving my house, I asked the dealer to confirm whether the truck was on the Leesburg or Alexandria lot. The salesman told me Alexandria. I arrived at the dealer only to find out the truck was in Leesburg (45 minutes the other direction). The dealer offered a test drive of a different truck on his lot instead. When I declined, they retrieved the truck from the Leesburg lot and I again set an appointment for 11 a.m. the next day. When I arrived, we sat down to negotiate price. Although listed for $55,900, the dealer presented an offer that included a $1,295 fee on top of the list price and on top of the processing fees. When I asked about this, the dealer first said it was for transport (although the car was a local trade in). Then the dealer changed its story to advise that it was to recondition the truck, which had only 20k miles. I understand needing to sell a car, but these guys took it to a level that I felt was disrespectful of my time in multiple ways, designed to get you in the door and to bait and switch on vehicles and pricing (negotiating up from the advertised price). Overall, a much less pleasant experience that it could have been. I don't recommend these folks and can show you the text exchanges if you're not convinced. More

They are a very competitive, cut throat business with little to no morals or consideration. Drove 4 hrs in horrible DC traffic to buy a certified truck. When I got there and filled out all paperwork in finance, only then they decided to inform me they lost 1 of the keys ($350 key and under ford CPO there must be 2 keys). Spent night in hotel hoping they would find key but did not. Drove back home disgusted. Got a call later that week, they got 2nd key. I was approved and deal in place to purchase vehicle and after renting a car one way to take the 4 hr trip AGAIN, I got a "sorry truck was sold" TEXT @ 9:30 in the evening. I was stuck with car rental fee, credit score hit, wasted time and money. Although salesman was very informative and seemed like he cared I cannot be sure if he is the one that sold the truck underhandedly. I will never deal with this dealership again, and strongly advise anyone else to do the same. I wish I would have read the reviews prior, because their rating it poor at best with similar experiences. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! More

They double bill and their paperwork is a mess. I didn't really trust them, so I started to leave and they eventually offered me a fair price (I had done a lot of comparison shopping by that point). Everything about their sales game is designed to obfuscate what they are doing. Our talkative sales person suddenly lost his voice completely when we pointed out the problems with the bill. Regardless, they had the car we wanted and we settled on a price. When I went to pay (in cash) they demanded another $500 before turning over the car, for yet another fake charge and they were super rude about it. Fortunately I knew the exact same car was available for the exact same price at a dealership about an hour away - I got it the same day at the other dealer and they even had the color I wanted. Avoid these guys if you care about your money or being treated decently. More

Now they want us to bring it in next week AGAIN! Our 3rd time. The problem with this is the van is a how we make a living. We cant afford it to have it off the road for so many days with Jerrys ford service staff being so disorganized with their gorss negligence. We are shocked and at a total loss how disorganized this dealership is. We purchased this Van new from them and purchased all the options (Ding/Dent repair, tire repair, extra protection platinum program, Autobutler, etc.). I feel so ripped off by Jerrys. No one is the same at the dealership and never have they properly done one service request. More

Have no problem selling you a truck and the maintenance plan, but once they get their money from you, don't expect any service. More
