Terrible Welp where do i begin. I called and spoke to the used car manager and scheduled a time to look at a Focus RS. Upon arrival it wasn't on the lot, and h Welp where do i begin. I called and spoke to the used car manager and scheduled a time to look at a Focus RS. Upon arrival it wasn't on the lot, and he knew i was on the way. Turns out it was inservice and they brought it around. The car passed state "inspection", yet needed an axle and couldn't be test driven, not to mention a chunk missing out of the rear tire. The car has a clean carfax, yet the whole vehicle had been repainted (overspray and lack of paint on driverside frame-rail and aftermarket fenders). All this and i drove over an hour to look at a car that was a piece, what a waste of time and lack of professionalism. Not what i expected especially after speaking to the manager on the phone before arriving. More

Do not believe the prices advertised online--this dealer gets you in, spends hours pretending to be trying to find you additional "discounts", then offers a sales price much higher than the online advertised price. Even James Gardner, their General Manager, would not honor the price advertised online. He admitted to me that the online price was just to bring in customers. He then rationalized the higher price by saying he was already taking a loss on the vehicle, and had the gal to ask me how he could help make a deal. Try being honest and upfront with your customers! This dealer also tries to pad their profits with freight and delivery fees of $1400 in addition to a $799 processing fee. Their dishonest business model is designed to wear you down by taking up your time--after all, if you are sitting with them then you are not out looking at better deals elsewhere. Go to Koons Ford instead--they offer transparent, upfront and honest transactions. More
This was my first experience at this dealership I searched from Texas and with CD-19 there were no cars with options I was looking for in my local area dealership. Kyle was very helpful at Malloy Ford and Genuinely very easy and straight forward process. I flew to VA to buy my car and had it shipped to Texas. Kyle (great representative!) He emailed me pictures of the car and answered all my questions prior to my arrival. He has been very responsive to calls and text messages and really seems like he cares. This was positive experience for me at this dealership. The color and options on the car I was searching for were hard to find in my local area and this a big deal to me. Ask for Kyle a fellow Texan if you visit you will not regret it. Great team and dealership More

The salesman simply had his own agenda and that of My first car purchase at Jerry's was not the most efficient or pleasant and I almost walked away. The salesman simply had his own agenda and that of the dealership and did not listen to me. I finally gave him 15 minutes to get everything settled or I walked. He did and I left with the car I wanted. My second purchase went much more smoothly because I stated what I wanted, what I would not consider and the salesman heard me and helped me mover along in the process. Again I got the car I wanted and am very happy with it. I am also happy with the service department. Bill Ritenour has been my favorite helper but others are also helpful. There was a time period when I was using crutches to get around and everyone there was extremely helpful without making a big fuss. My handicap continues and so does their helping hands for which I am very grateful. :) More
Great service! Went in for an oil change and asked if they could give my car a quick wash. Not only did they wash my car but they also vacuumed it, shined the tires and put air into them. All of this for less than half of what another place has charged me for just an oil change! More
I had a great experience with the salesperson and financial mgr when I bought my 2020 edge. Then it all went downhill. Requested/paid for new plates—none ordered. Refund never arrived and multiple financial mgr when I bought my 2020 edge. Then it all went downhill. Requested/paid for new plates—none ordered. Refund never arrived and multiple requests to pick up check were ignored. I never received a refund. Finally I gave up. More
