Absolutely horrible! If you want a dealership to fix things without authorization and to not keep you updated on the repairs then go to Jerry's you will be happy. It really was out of hand, they were suppose to estimate the work on my ford focus, instead tom jackson, one of the serive managers, did the work and then when I said that he shouldn't have he balked, because he knew that he did not have the signature on the work authorization docs.
