My sales person was Angel Gammons who explain to me in details all about the car operational system including the sync. Between Don and Mike who really work hard to get me a confortable payment. I was able to walk away with a brand new 2010 FUSION. The services I recived from Angel, Mike, and Don were GREAT. Purchased a used Expedition, price was GREAT with little to no "haggleing". The vehicle had beed checked over and they had even put 4 brand new tires on it!! Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Go to the dealership. Seal the deal and come to find out they can't find the keys to my car! Then the manager promises that they'll deliver the car to me first dealership. Seal the deal and come to find out they can't find the keys to my car! Someone removed the tires from the car and they have to wait for new tires. 7 hours later, they delivery guy only brought 2 tires. And he has to go back for the other two, because they don't have any other tires there to out on my car. 4 days later, I am still without my car! DO NOT BUY a car here! You have been warned! More
We bought a Ford Edge. A month and a half later found out the rear tires were defective. The tread separate from the tire. They were completely bald and the metal cord was showing. Refused to help at all. They were extremly rude and hostile. We had to pay almost $500 for new tires on a vehicle we just bought and it had less than 30,000 miles. Jerry's Ford told us it passed state inspection so they were not liable. Well the state inspection was done in their service department and they refused to give me a copy of the inspection report. I believe they defrauded me and sold us an unsafe vehicle. A week after we bought it, I almost ran off the road in the rain! Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. If you value your safety, choose a different dealership. More

Not only did I get a great deal on my Mustang, but everyone I've dealt with at Jerry's Ford in Annandale has been courteous, extremely helpful, and not "pushy" at all. Hey, their job is to sell - it's a business, especially in these terrible economic times - but I was politely informed of all the products and services they have to offer rather than being bombarded and made to feel like an idiot if I was not interested. I've received several follow-up calls from Jerry's wanting to ensure that I'm happy with the car and the dealership. From the sales manager, salesperson, to the parts and service department it has so far been a great experience. None of the territorial nonsense amongst the employees that I've experienced at other dealerships, either. Anyone I asked a question of was more than helpful. A++ More
I took my F-150 in for service, which I had an Appointment for at 7:30 AM. I was first in line. They started service on my truck at 8:30 AM, it was scheduled for an Oil change and Auto Butler. Finally at 10:00 AM I asked the service advisor how much longer it would be, he told me that I was third in line for the auto butler so it could take a half day and my little green card explained this. Well I don't have a little green card and told him I can't wait any longer. When I went to casher to leave, I was told I owe $ 33.00 for the service, I told them that this is the second time you have tried to charge me for service. I told them I have a prepaid service plan, plus I was promised 2 years of free service. More
Absolutely horrible! If you want a dealership to fix things without authorization and to not keep you updated on the repairs then go to Jerry's you will be happy. It really was out of hand, they were suppose to estimate the work on my ford focus, instead tom jackson, one of the serive managers, did the work and then when I said that he shouldn't have he balked, because he knew that he did not have the signature on the work authorization docs. They were horrible to deal with and luckily will never have to go back, please go somewhere else, anywhere.... More
