The sales staff wasn't overly aggressive either, unlike most car salespeople I've work with. They're just good folks. Excellent experience working with Angel. He is low key - not pushy and got us what we wanted on our new car and did not try to sell us anything we told him we did not want or need. He took us over to look at one and showed us some features and while we were continuing to look at it he went in and got the keys and let us take it on a test drive alone. Wife and I decided to buy it after a very short drive. The car we drove was not exactly what we wanted so he found one for us in Pennsylvania. Worked the deal on a Sunday afternoon, car was brought down on Monday and we picked it up on Tuesday after work. Love the car and appreciated the way Angel treated us. This dealership and Angel & Joe were VERY friendly and knowledgeable. They had the FULLY LOADED vehicle that I was looking for with LOWER MILES, WARRANTY and a LOWER PRICE than the manufacturer Dealer and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and address any and all concerns. The Price service and selection were TOP NOTCH. The dealership was clean as were the automobiles. They took it in back and detailed it again (not that it needed it) AND filled up the tank before I left. Joe took care of financing and found me a BETTER finance rate that my own financing offered. When Joe was finished with financing I ended up with the vehicle AND and extended warranty (mind you the vehicle already came with a remaining warranty) FOR LESS that the Manufacturer Dealers asking price for and IDENTICAL vehicle with MORE miles and NO warranty. This is an update to a previous post with the original sale with Mike Stoner. Jerry's Ford included a 90 day warranty with the car (lemon) I bought. In short, they sold me a warranty that never existed (they never turned it in to company in FL). I had repairs in excess of $1500 that were covered items in the phony "warranty" that they provided. I was referred to Bill Harned, who refused to pay for the repairs (one of which I had a used part -inexpensive- put in) even though Jerry's provided a false document of items covered. He basically mocked me saying he would pay for the "broken wire" that cost $5 in repair (incidentally wasn't covered in the false warranty) and asked me to drive it over to his shop to "check it out", even though it had already been fixed. This outfit appears to be very crooked-- and the buyers should be warned. I guess they thought that because I'm out of state, they can get rid of a problem car without having to stand behind it. I was shocked at the brazen dishonesty and lack of integrity. More
