The first day we went was on Sunday when we arrived there after driving 6 hours both ways since we live in WV and picked out a car that we liked and we filled out the application and spoke with Mike about financing, he said that he could help us and said that we would pay around 324.00 but due to it being Sunday and banks being closed that it could go up or down by 20.00 and we said okay. Also we couldn't take the car due to it needing reapirs done. We told them that we would be back the next day which was Monday to pick it up. I called on Monday to see if the car would be ready before going back due to the long drive and they said yes, we drove another 6 hrs. When we arrived Mike told us now they need 1,100 down after saying okay to that, he then says that the payment went up by 50.00. So we said no, that we didn't want to spend that much money. So they said maybe another car so we looked around and they said that they would lower the price on an Ford Fusion to help us. When we looked at the car and the front of it was damaged from being wrecked I asked if it would be fixed and they said no they are already helping us. So I said no again because who is going to by a new car that is damaged. The only good experince was our sales man K.D. Khan who was very nice and did all he could to help us.It was the management that didn't seem to care that we were there and came all that way after calling in the first place. No one bothered calling and telling us that we need money down and that the payment went up. We signed all the paper work the night before for the orginal deal. They were more interested in standing around and going out to smoke instead of talking to us.It is very sad that people play with you like was nothing, The management only wanted to talk with us when they had too. I think they need to work on there customer service, they are all polite when it goes perfectly smooth but if there is some bumps then they don't want to fool with you, just stick you in a peice of junk that has been wrecked and not fixed. I need a car but I'm not desperated. More

Bunch of Theives. I went in to buy and explorer and trade in my 2011 Toyota Highlander. They valued my trade in at 8000 under the KBB trade in value for good condition. Then two people from same dealership offered me different prices for the same Explorer (3000 dollars different) and when I asked why was it different he blamed me that he asked if I got a quote earlier and I said NO. SO is that a reason to give different prices, I don't think so. Finally I never got the truck from them. If I did went thru with the deal they would have made 16000 dollars on a single deal. BUNCH OF THEIVES and LIERS..... NEVER go to this dealership........ More

The staff at Jerry's Ford was tremendously helpful when I was shopping for a new car. I shopped around more than a dozen dealerships both in Virginia and outside of the state that could ship the car to and was shopping for a new car. I shopped around more than a dozen dealerships both in Virginia and outside of the state that could ship the car to and title it in Virginia. The staff at Jerry's was infinitely more responsive, helpful, informative and courteous than any of the other dealers. Even the "second place" dealer was an extremely distant second. The sales staff wasn't overly aggressive either, unlike most car salespeople I've work with. They're just good folks. I'd highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car in northern Virginia. More

I got a good trade-in value and the right price on the right 2012 F-150 FX4 Super Crew. My whole buying experience was done in under two hours from the time I parked my Dodge to the time I drove off the lot in my F-150. The staff, especially Angel, made sure I was taken care of and the facility was clean and the people professional. More

Excellent experience working with Angel. He is low key - not pushy and got us what we wanted on our new car and did not try to sell us anything we told him we did not want or need. Met us in the parking lot and we told him we wanted to test drive an Explorer. He took us over to look at one and showed us some features and while we were continuing to look at it he went in and got the keys and let us take it on a test drive alone. Wife and I decided to buy it after a very short drive. The car we drove was not exactly what we wanted so he found one for us in Pennsylvania. Worked the deal on a Sunday afternoon, car was brought down on Monday and we picked it up on Tuesday after work. Love the car and appreciated the way Angel treated us. Mike Ip worked the finance paperwork. We had our own so he let us know what some other options were but did not press us to change. From start to finish, a very easy process. More
