Just made a purchase, and only drove my car home and to the store. Everyone in this dealership makes you feel comfortable. Very friendly personalities, casual conversations, with no pressure. And, they treat you just like a family member or a friend. This is so important, given the stress inherent in a new car purchase. Most important, I felt like they were attending to me as an individual, offering transportation, and working with my scheduling needs. Even though they have hundreds of customers per month, you actually feel like your OWN needs are given paramount attention. My sales person was Dave Donley. Mr. Donley is exactly the type of personality one needs to sell cars. Patient, strong, very knowledgeable in the car sales process, friendly, and laid back. He told me which accessories/options would be good for me, and which wouldn't, ensuring that I made the final decision and understood the options. He actually picked me up at my home to come to the dealership to pick up the car [after I completed the sale a day earlier!], knowing I did not have a car for transportation. He assisted me in trying to jump start my old trade in, brought water for the transmission, and removed my old plates on the car for attachment to the new vehicle. When the new car was delivered to me, he took great care to go over all the main features of the vehicle so I had a jump start [pardon the pun] on understanding all of what the car could do. I dealt with four other dealerships during this process, and none of them compare to Jerry's Ford, and none of the sales persons compared to Dave Donley. There were no "bait and switch" tactics and they did not try to sell us what we did not need. They were very knowledgeable and relayed that knowledge in a way that was easy to understand. Hans offered a great price right from the start. I had several quotes from other dealers(after negotiating for hours) but Jerry's beat them in 5 mins without a hassle. I did not have to tell them I had other quotes as they beat the price from the start. The deal making process was easy and I could not be happier. I got a great price based on all the research I did and the process was painless. Joe Messina in finance was also great to work with and made the financing process easy. Overall good experience. Angel and Shaw worked very hard to try to find a Black or Ruby Red V-6 Mustang that met all my desires. There was one that was close by (48-72 hours). While they were looking for that, Shaw and I took a look at the V-8 GT Premiums. We came across the car I bought and it was only missing heated seats (and mirrors). The price difference between my V-8 GT and the V-6 option is off-set by the fact that the V-8 GT is "a beast" that I love driving - it guzzles gas (~13.6 mpg avg so far over the first 350 miles), but so far is worth it. I'm glad I bought the V-8 GT. Joe did a great job getting my payments down as low as possible and I thank him for that - great work Joe! Tina was totally non-responsive. Shaw is taking care of the things she was supposed to do - great work Shaw! I do need Shaw to explain my active security system to me. I might be able to do that this weekend - Labor Day. Thanks very much to the Dealership for allowing me to park my old 1999 Chevy on your lot until this weekend - this gave me more time to enjoy my V-8. I'm not happy with the location of the heated seat on-off switch on either seat. It is right under the little handle that adjusts the seat back position. This is very poor workmanship. I think you subcontract this work out. Whoever did this work did a very poor job.
