We drove 2 hrs because of the discounted price of this vehicle. While it is not the dealerships fault so I did not rate them low on the price we were disappointed that things were added to the price beca vehicle. While it is not the dealerships fault so I did not rate them low on the price we were disappointed that things were added to the price because we did not qualify for some of the discounts that did not reflect in the internet price (ex. military personnel or recent college graduate) and we could not get 0% financing without losing the discounts we did qualify for. It is not listed on any of the ford dealerships websites that this would happen and we looked at them all from Maryland to Richmond. All this should be listed under Fords disclaimer. Overall we were very satisfied with Jerry's Ford and will go back to them and certainly recommend them to others. More
This dealership really made me mad. They changed their word and price after everything was already "good to go". I was dead set on buying a 2014 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD. I had taken a test drive and the next step was take it for a 24 hour test drive home so my wife could see it. Before I did that I wanted to be sure we were good on price because I had a great price from Ted Britt. I talked to Shaw and David there and they confirmed in email and 2 voicemails that the sales manager said they were good with the price and that if I liked the car the agreed upon price was "good to go". I called and confirmed 2 times with them the night before I came into the dealership to take it for a 24 hour test drive. I rearranged my day care and my work meetings to get to the dealership at 9am to take the car home. When I got there they brought it around and even put dealer plates on the car. Then.... Shaw said that the manger on duty could not do the price that we already agreed upon. I asked why? He said "well that was a different manager and not me. He must have been mistaken". I told him that I talked to 3 people and got a confirmation in email and VM that they were good with the price. He said "Sorry that is not the case, we would be selling it for a loss". It was not like I was getting a $40k car for $20k, it was a decent deal that Ted Britt was going to do (already had a quote). The reason I went with Jerry's is because they had the color I wanted and with my previous experience with buying an extended warranty through them, thought they would be good again. Boy was I wrong. (nothing against Shaw or Dave, it was the sales manager) I was SO MAD that everything was good but then the jerk of a sales manager that morning was not going to honor it. It literally cost me money (daycare) to try to get this deal based off the sales manager and sales person said they were good to go on price. I called the GM later that day and talked to Bill. Bill said he was sorry and people make mistakes. I asked him is it normal that 2 salesmen and 1 sales manager made the same mistake? He said yes. I was pissed off and told him they wasted my time. He said sorry and offered to sell me the car for $1,200 more than the price that Ted Britt gave me. I laughed and told him I would never come back to that dealership or recommend it to my other friends that are buying cars. And yes, I had an email and price quote from Ted Britt that I submitted to Jerry's which had all the fees and everything. This is what they agreed on. If you go to this dealership you will get screwed. I do have to say I thank them for this because we ended up getting a better deal on another car through another dealership so oh well! More
My salesperson was at first CALVIN, THE WORST. After reading about Angel on this site I asked for him. He was very friendly and understanding. He didn't pressure me and made this the best car buying experience I ever received. I got a good trade in price for my malibu and a quote under 22k for a certified 2013 Ford fusion under 30k miles. And this is with my bad credit. I'll only be going here if I need anything when it comes to my car. More

I drove 2 hours to get to this dealer when I had many dealers close by. The price they gave me was fantastic. None of the dealer near by could not even come close. I brought my vehicle in for routine service when I met Mike Romano, Service Director at the coffee machine. I brought my mother along with me, and he was always asking if we needed anything while waiting for the completion of the final paperwork.
