I've been given some accommodations through use of a rental car today (but not for day 1, when zero work was done on my car). I specifically made and appointment for work on the transmission clutch. When I called toward the end of day 1 they didn't even know what I was talking about, and told me I wouldn't be able to get that done until November at the earliest. I've heard so many different things, and I get the impression that certain people, like Bill Ritenour, genuinely want to help. However, the solutions have yet to present themselves. I never expected buying a new car my car would handle as poorly as it does, and that it would be this difficult to get it set right. I am strongly discouraging friends/family from doing business with Jerry's Ford until further experience causes me to think otherwise. Just extremely frustrated and disappointed in my "New Ford Focus" experience with Jerry's. More

Daniel and James worked with us until we got a car we loved and pricing we could afford, and we greatly appreciate their patience and willingness to be flexible. They were just as helpful and nice when we returned to pick up the car (driven from another state). Joe Messina was funny and quick to get everything done. We're glad we chose Jerry's. More
Best Car Experience Ever I have been known to be a little abrasive/difficult to deal with. This is to say, I actually left this dealership and had no intention on returning. I have been known to be a little abrasive/difficult to deal with. This is to say, I actually left this dealership and had no intention on returning. However, Ehab called back and asked about my experience. I let him know I was disappointed and next thing was the GM calling me! Needless to say, I bought my car not through pushy sales antics used by many dealerships but rather OUTSTANDING customer service and care! I will send anyone looking for a vehicle here. Thank you, my son has already named the car! More

They were VERY friendly, left us alone when we asked them to and were there and available righ We worked with Angel and Milson when we bought our car. They were VERY friendly, left us alone when we asked them to and were there and available right when we needed them - perfectly UN-pushy and available to answer any question. After we got home, we noticed there were a few marks on the car - not scratches, but they needed to be buffed out. We called them up, went in and they were VERY attentive and VERY responsive. They apologized for the oversight and took care of it right away - it took less than 15 minutes. We absolutely recommend buying a car and getting service here - LOVE THEM! More

Brandon and Dan were both very professional, knowledgeable and not overbearing. They were a pleasure to work with and have excellent people skills. Management with Angel and James is top notch. Joe is efficient and makes the financing process entertaining. Everyone has a great work ethic and take the extra steps to provide great customer service at Jerry's. We were provided an excellent car in a timely manner. We received a very reasonable price on our trade in vehicle. Overall, I recommend Jerry's for anyone looking to purchase a car. More
