Josh: You need to 'walk the walk', not 'talk the talk'. Your company is not transparent and it does not have integrity. I understand if a salesperson says they can not meet the terms we discuss, but there was a lot of 'we can do this' and then later 'we can not do that' in terms of the 'out the door price' and the issue of delivery was confirmed then changed to 'we can not do that'. When I called and made the appointment to have the issue checked, I was told no problem and to bring it in. It wasn’t until I got there that the service writer said that he was 99% sure that my issue was unrelated and that I had to approve a $195 payment in advance. “Somebody has to pay for the technician’s time” was what he said. I should have looked in advance as to how many people have reported how bad your dealership is. Your cut and paste response that you sent twice shows the level of concern you have for your customers.
