Long day to wait; but worth the wait I enjoy going to Malloy Ford due to the great people! They keep you informed so that you can make good decisions. I know it's tuff to satisfy people with their cars. Most service is performed sequentially. If there was a way to perform services simultaneously, it would make the waits shorter. I did not realize that "detailing" a car took so much time. The cars always look, smell and perform like new after "detailing." Thank you for the courtesy wash and vacuuming! More
State inspection Soon after I dropped my truck off to be inspected I received a call from the service department. I was informed that i needed new rear brake pads and Soon after I dropped my truck off to be inspected I received a call from the service department. I was informed that i needed new rear brake pads and rotors. This repair was estimated at 575. As I did not want the hassle of a rejection sticker, then having to find someone for a second opinion I agreed. It was close to time to close but they said they could get it done. I arrived at the dealer 10 minutes after I spoke to the service rep. Less than an hour after I got off the phone my truck was ready with the inspection sticker. I looked up the pad and rotor cost and found them to be about 275 for the set. The final bill was in excess of 600 and there was no turn over of old parts. The whole experience was less satisfying than any of the numerous services I have had with Malloy service department before. Not saying I won’t be back but I just wasn’t happy with this visit. More

Repair/Replace Tire Damaged by Pot Hole Appeared about 8:15am, driving 2017 Ford Explorer with spare/donut on right front with damaged tire in back for evaluation to repair or replace damage Appeared about 8:15am, driving 2017 Ford Explorer with spare/donut on right front with damaged tire in back for evaluation to repair or replace damaged tire. Tire was damaged beyond repair. Replacement tire in stock. Rotated tires and put the new tire on the right rear. They checked the alignment and was okay. Todd, the service tech, had the state inspection performed which was due in February so that I would not have to make a return trip. Out by 11am! I've driven my car at high speeds to Richmond and back on the interstate twice. Car continues to ride & perform great! More

I made an appointment, only to show up and find the dealership had decided to close early...not bothering to inform me. I witnessed very long waits for service. Repairs made seem to be okay, but I've decided not to have my Ford serviced there if I can avoid it. More

Horrible Service Department We have taken our 2018 Ford Escape in for repair 3 times for a warranty repair which still hasn’t been fixed. After leaving the vehicle at the dealers We have taken our 2018 Ford Escape in for repair 3 times for a warranty repair which still hasn’t been fixed. After leaving the vehicle at the dealership for a whole day on the first visit they tell us they can’t find anything wrong. So we had to bring it it in a second time and left it all day for them to tell us they found the problem but didn’t fixed it. So we bring it in a third time for the problem to be fixed and left the vehicle for the entire day again for the to tell us we haven’t worked on it because parts are on back order. Now it will take another week for the parts to come in and a fourth visit to hopefully get this warranty repair completed. In addition, we watched service men yell and be totally rude with the front desk ladies which is totally unprofessional and should not be aloud in a work environment. We have only had the vehicle 4 months and I’m already regretting the purchase. I do have a few folks in the service department i will give kudos to and that’s the front desk lady, the shuttle driver, and the guy who brings the vehicle around. They were all very nice. But overall this has been a terrible first time experience with Malloy’s service department. More
