I keep getting reminders to set up service appointments, but the last time I took the car in for a 7:30 appointment, four hours later, they had done nothing. Oil change and service I didn't have an appointment, but when I came to the service center I could do oil change and corresponding maintenance in the same day. The person I worked with was quite professional and friendly. Overall, I have a positive experience and would consider returning to this place again. More
I do not personally own a Ford from this dealership, and after my boyfriend's experience I will never. His car is 3 years old and he took his vehicle in for some routine maintenance about a month ago. After after my boyfriend's experience I will never. His car is 3 years old and he took his vehicle in for some routine maintenance about a month ago. After they did a routine oil change/tire rotation he noticed a squealing noise. Since then he has returned to their service department several times, often sacrificing a whole day of waiting for them to still not have fixed his problem. These mechanics are entirely incompetent. And they keep charging him! For a problem they have not fixed! He spoke to a manager on the phone once, he apparently diagnosed the problem over the phone without even having seen his vehicle, and when my boyfriend took his car back to the service department again to have them remedy this same obnoxious problem, they chose not to do what he told them to do. Instead they decided they found a different unrelated problem and fixed that. And charged him for it. I am beyond appalled at this so-called "Service" Department and believe me when I say I will make it my personal mission to warn anyone and everyone away from this Ford Dealership. More

Great sales Team - Lousy service team So... I have bought two fords in the last two years from Malloy. The first time I needed service from Malloy I got the run around from the service de So... I have bought two fords in the last two years from Malloy. The first time I needed service from Malloy I got the run around from the service department that the parts were on back order for 30 days. However the worst part is they choose not to call anyone back till the end of the day or not at all. Every time they called me back is after I called my sales guy to speak to a manager. Lousy service setup. I ended getting my vehicle back from Malloy and taking it to my local mechanic. My local mechanic was able to get the parts in one day and fix my vehicle the same day. More
