Terrible customer service. More harm than help. Beware!! This dealership had my truck for 5 months!,They had it so long that it had to be moved with the dealership relocation They lost every employee that wa This dealership had my truck for 5 months!,They had it so long that it had to be moved with the dealership relocation They lost every employee that was on my service team. (John,Joe and Melissa) They did not get work and approvals through my warranty company and got angry when my warranty company provided the recorded service calls when it was time for payment. They lost all my paperwork on my engine. When I picked my truck up it had damage and missing trim. The new service manager Mark D, told us to take our truck somewhere else stating they no longer accepted our warranty. Mark stated that the GM Ron Green decided that he was not taking our warranty any longer. We met with the GM Ron Green to hear our complaints we were having . He told us that he did not say that they would not take my warranty so the service manger lied to us and even put in writing when we asked, Ron himself agreed that the service department was in much need of improvement and stated that's one of the reasons he was bought on board with admitting they don't test drive or inspect the condition of the vehicles prior to the customer picking them up. Ron seemed legit and greeted us with a smiling face for us to only be let down by him as well. Ron Green lied to us in the end by not honoring my warranty or any returned calls from him after my complaint. Everyone be aware of the lies and non returned calls when you come to this dealership. More

I keep getting reminders to set up service appointments, but the last time I took the car in for a 7:30 appointment, four hours later, they had done nothing. Jennifer even told me just because I had an appo but the last time I took the car in for a 7:30 appointment, four hours later, they had done nothing. Jennifer even told me just because I had an appointment doesn’t mean that my car will be checked by a a mechanic at that time. Okay, understood, but 4 hours and nothing done?!!Try to find out about appointment policy, but nobody returned my calls or emails. I really done understand how Malloy does “appointment”! More
