I purchased a prior vehicle in April 2019 for my wife, 2018 Escape, through Mr. Dean as well. I will continue to use Mr. Dean for contact if still with Malloy Ford. I was satisfied with the purchase and the only item I am waiting for is the second key for the vehicle that Mr. Dean is trying to locate. I had on item with the front seat passenger seat where the seat cover front panel had loosened. Mr. Dean set up an appointment with the service department to have that corrected. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Those services went well. They gave me a multi-point inspection sheet that said nothing was wrong with my vehicle.
