alled to verify if they had a specific vehicle on their lot and set up an appointment to come see it. Informed Gavin that I would be driving in from Richmond to see the car. When I arrived the vehicle was lot and set up an appointment to come see it. Informed Gavin that I would be driving in from Richmond to see the car. When I arrived the vehicle was not there someone had taken it for their spouse to see. I was told I could wait 30 min for the person to return with the vehicle and if he wasn’t going to buy it I could test drive it. When I called no one said we already have someone looking at it. We will call you if they decide not to purchase it. So I ended up driving 160 miles round trip and wasted 3 hours of my day. Sad business practice. They lost a customer on 43 k sale. All they had to do was call. Do not recommend doing business with a company that has no concern for the customer. It’s their policy for appointments only. Maybe they should have the vehicle their for the appointment. I highly recommend finding a dealer that cares about the customer More
This is my second F150 I've bought from Malloy Ford. I was very pleased with the service I got and the ease with talking with the sales associate (John). I felt no pressure like you do at other dealers an was very pleased with the service I got and the ease with talking with the sales associate (John). I felt no pressure like you do at other dealers and they were very helpful and completely answered my questions. I used them for all my service needs with my previous F150 and plan to continue to use their service department on my new F150. Their new location is a much better improvement over their old one on Pantops. Glad they made the move. More

I purchased two vehicles from Malloy since September of 2017 and have been very pleased with both of them. Since then, I have used the service department on five occasions, two for routine maintenance, th 2017 and have been very pleased with both of them. Since then, I have used the service department on five occasions, two for routine maintenance, three for minor recalls. In every case, service was satisfactory, and the people were notably helpful and friendly, particularly the latter. The new facility provides improved spaces and seems to function well. However, the new location is substantially less convenient for me and significantly limits my ability/desire to go there. More
