My car needed to be in the shop a few days and they had no loaners available for me. I have an extended warranty that covers everything. The guys i worked with were great, however the prices have gone up and being told that it took over an hour to program a key fob was ridiculous. Slow Service with no real answers. The Service Department is very friendly however there are constant employment issues. We asked about how long the original tire tread would last. Until they are worned down! This is your answer about a vehicle you sell? Duh! I scheduled an appt for an oil change for 915. I arrive early and told the young lady I would be waiting for it. 2 hours later I checked and was told it would be another 45 min he was behind. Every single time I am nothing short of impressed with the quickness and reliability. Daniel is a extraordinary servicer. He is quick, prompt, calls and explains, does not lie, and does not beat around the bush when it comes to what is best. I happened to overhear him speaking with another customer today actually; he not only approached them while they were sitting in waiting room, but he sat down with them, made eye contact, and explained to them what they should do. He encouraged them to NOT spend x amount of money but gave other advice as to what they should do -- that is something you don't hear often or ever from a dealership. Quality with a capital Q. More
