Terrible Went to Jim Price looking for a new/used vehicle very clean facility but terrible customer service. I was called names by the sales associate when we went into the dealership. Throughout the whole time the gentleman kept calling me names and made him feel very poor about myself. We stayed to try and get approved for the truck that I wanted and we filled out the application even though we should have got up and left. We called multiple times to get a status update about the application we were given the run around each time we called. They are not true to what they say. We were told they were only going to run my and my girlfriends credit once and they ran it over 10 times!! Now we are unable to aquire credit at the this time because it was too many hits to our credit. Very disappointed in the whole experience and we will never give Jim Price another chance nor will we recommend them to anyone. We went to Browns Toyota and got approved for a NEW truck within minutes after letting them know our issues and what we went trough at Jim Price. More
