Customer Service was excellent. My salesperson, Rich Williams, was attentive to questions and hesitations, without being pushy. Financing was quick and painless. Farid Mohajer-Vaghari, my finance manager, explained all options. More

If you are trying to self induce stomach ulcers or wanting a self inflicted stroke from stress then I highly recomend purchaceing a car here. The sale staff littlery lied to me about the options my ca wanting a self inflicted stroke from stress then I highly recomend purchaceing a car here. The sale staff littlery lied to me about the options my car came with, Such as ABS and traction control. The very next day my car was back becaues the head light was leaking water in it and I had to fight with the service department to fix it. One week later my windsheild broke and the service department told me that many different rocks hit at the same time to cause that, after telling them it was untrue they refused to look at it any more come find out another shop replaced it under warrenty said it was installed improperly. I left a VM with the owner of the dealership about that he called me back yelled at me called me a liar and said even if his guys where wrong windsheild "are not a big deal". There service is as pleasurable as cuddling with a grizzly bear. More
Avoid like the plague. After three weeks i was told my car was finished being repaired and was in clean-up. When i arrived the next day i was amazed to see that most of the work had not been done. the hoo car was finished being repaired and was in clean-up. When i arrived the next day i was amazed to see that most of the work had not been done. the hood was still hitting on the drivers side, the roof was still 1/4 inch off the passenger side, the cowl still had a 3/8 in gap in it not to mention the chin spoiler was missing and the right inner fender liner was gone. The right fender was just flopping and the back section was sticking out. The gentleman that originally wrote the car up agreed that the work had not been done and what little had been done was sub par. He said he would have it finished. I expressed my concerns with Jim Stutzman and was told he would look in to it and get back to me. Needless to say he didn't return the call till i called him back. I was basically told by him that i was crazy and there was nothing wrong with my car. WHen i went to remove my car from them the service writer couldn't understand how he (Jim Stutzman) could say there was nothing wrong. My car is now at another body shop being repaired properly. Fortunately for me I work on cars a lot and have a good understanding of them. I would hate see what goes out the door with the person who doesn't know...... Moreover what does it say when the General Manager ( Jim Stutzman) of a dealership could careless if you remove your vehicle to take it where it will be fixed right. More
