Second Time A Charm Almost a year ago I purchased a silver 2013 BMW X5 with Jordan Smith as my salesman at Mall of Georgia Mini. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accid Almost a year ago I purchased a silver 2013 BMW X5 with Jordan Smith as my salesman at Mall of Georgia Mini. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident which resulted in total loss of my vehicle. Due to Jordan's excellence in salesmanship we'd been in touch prior to the accident. Jordan made the experience of purchasing my second vehicle, yes a BMW X5 the most pleasurable experience any customer could have after such a terrible accident. Jordan showed genuine interest in my well being and also followed up with me not just to see how things were going with the second X5 BMW, but to also make sure I was progressing along after the accident. I will always refer anyone I encounter with a need to purchase a vehicle to Jordan. He is my car salesman for life! More

Before going to MOG MINI, I purchased two other MINIs from different dealers, but definitely prefer the experience I had at MOG. My salesman Zach was very easy going, willing to help with any questions that I had, and has followed up with me a few times since to check in. Their stock wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but they worked with me on the price of one that was very close to what I wanted and were able to work a deal. Overall, I recommend MOG MINI; it might be a bit out of the way for some people, but well worth it for the experience. More

Great Sales Experience, Service is Incompetent Liars I purchased a 2004 911 on 21 November 2016 and had a very pleasant experience. Alec was great to deal with and made every reasonable accommodation to I purchased a 2004 911 on 21 November 2016 and had a very pleasant experience. Alec was great to deal with and made every reasonable accommodation to make the deal happen. As part of the deal, the dealer agreed to perform some repairs to the rear main seal and IMS bearing and seals. Matt in service completely ruined the whole thing. I was originally told the repairs would take 10 to 14 days, they took a month. He incorrectly ordered parts and then I had to direct him to Pelican Parts to get the correct IMS parts ordered. I was told that the incorrect parts would be returned for a refund. After more waiting and lack of communication and incompetence on his part, I finally received a call from Alec that the car was ready to pick up. I was never given an estimate or total for the repairs and Matt could not be reached. I arrived expecting to pay the $350.00 or so that had been previously agreed upon. I was presented with a bill for $518.00 and told that Matt had done all the billing for the R.O. and Bryon had no idea what was going on with it. I disputed the inclusion of parts that I had been told were sent back for a refund and asked to speak with Matt, was told he was on vacation. I was then told that the disputed parts had to be used because the parts from Pelican "did not fit". If the parts were incorrect from Pelican, why was I not informed and why was Pelican not contacted for replacement parts? As I was 70 miles from home and had to take a cab to get there I reluctantly paid the bill and took delivery of my car. They couldn't even put the correct amount of oil or coolant in the car and it does not idle correctly. Do not do business with this dealer, they have no ethics and outright lie to avoid taking accountability for their mistakes. More
Worst CAR buying experience I would not recommend this dealership to a soul...On Saturday I was scheduled to come and look at a car. ( the car in my opinion is a Niche Car). I delayed in getting to the dealership and missed out on the opportunity to purchase the car. The sales person did inform me that the car was sold but asked that I come because he was sure I would find something that I would like and it would be better if I was there in person. ( he was sure his manager would make me a deal.) Facts I live 56 MILES FROM THE DEALERSHIP...I am thinking HE MUST HAVE A GREAT Substitute I was told that there were cars in the back that would be an option (hence one would think he had something in mind) I agreed to come because I too have sold cars in the past. After arriving to the dealership he was with another customer which I was o.k. and was introduced to Alec who stepped into help. We walked the lot looking for cars that I already viewed before coming. (meanwhile I am waiting for the reasoning I drove this far and fought through traffic)Alec took me inside and we looked online.....hmmmm for cars that I could have looked at 56 miles in the comfort of my home. We could have facetime, Video chatted if the face to face was needed to search an online inventory. I was frustrated to say the least. I would have felt better if ANY car was brought from the back and show me something. I agree there may have been cars not online but driving 56miles to look online was ridicilious. I understand that they took in trade ins but to drive so far to look in the back is beyond making sense to me. As a salesperson I would have felt better if an option was presented to me. As management I would have appreciated the acknowledgement of the mistake made. I felt as if I was not valued and it did not make a difference if I purchased or not. My success as a car sales woman in the past was my honesty, integrity and most importantly NOT judging someone. I came to purchase a vehicle and driving that far would TO ME warranted a little more respect and empathy. I am not saying I needed the red car treatment I would just expect that my time and patronage would have been VALUED and RESPECTED. and not just another car shopper. Great Job ALEC for trying to save the team unfortunately your team players failed you tremendously. More
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I absolutely would NOT recommend this dealership. I walked into their showroom SEVEN MONTHS ago and I am still getting harassed with daily phone calls! The first salesman called me twice a day, every day, for the first 3 weeks after I left... even after me telling her that I was no longer interested and have purchased elsewhere. I blocked their number and she was still leaving me voicemails. I then reported her to her manager. The manager than called me every day, for a week, trying to persuade me to buy. Now, seven months later, I have a new MINI salesman calling me and leaving voicemails! They do not take NO for an answer. My next step is going to be to go to the police! DO NOT BUY/LEASE WITH MALL OF GA MINI UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HARASSED! More
The Purchase of Our Mini Cooper My wife and myself went to Mall of Georgia Mini in October and I was totally grateful for the dealer, Mo Kim, and the rest of the crew there. They sho My wife and myself went to Mall of Georgia Mini in October and I was totally grateful for the dealer, Mo Kim, and the rest of the crew there. They shocked me by taking my 2014 BMW X5 as trade for a 2015 Mini Cooper for my wife. She could not drive the X5 because it was too big for her to handle. So, I compromised with myself and allowed the dealership and Mo to give me a great trade-in offer on the BMW. We drove off the lot with the car the same afternoon. The trade in amount payed for the Mini Cooper and I got some cash back to buy a used vehicle to ride around town on the weekends(AKA: a 'grocery getter'. My wife drives the guts out of this car. I can't get her away from it. It really does fit her like a glove. I also love the coffee there.....:) I recommend going to Mall of GA Mini. They are the best. Thank you Mo Kim. More
