Jordan got a better deal than we had hoped for. Paperwork process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car to go see Jordan first. Insure what you are told is in writing/recorded! Found a car online being sold at this dealership. I live in another state, approx 330 miles from Buford, Ga. Initially had problems finding actual loc Found a car online being sold at this dealership. I live in another state, approx 330 miles from Buford, Ga. Initially had problems finding actual location of car. After some phone calls and emails I talked with a salesman about car. I told him that I wanted a cash, out the door price, for a Florida resident. After negotiations, I gave credit card info to hold car until I could inspect and test drive. I drove to the dealership, called the salesman while an hour away, to tell him what time I would arrive and request car be moved indoors because of hard rain in the area. Salesman I dealt with, not available upon arrival, so I was assigned another, who had to keep asking the original guy questions that I posed. After an EXTENDED wait time, I spoke with original salesman and agreed to buy. I then waited even more time to go through the finance processing, even though it was a cash sale. I finally left with the car and a temp plate but no title paperwork. After arrival back in Florida, I contacted salesman about speedy processing of title so I could register car in Florida. I was assured, by phone and mail that everything would be completed well before the 45 day plate expired. I told them that FL only recognized a 30 day temp plate and was told to expect paperwork before that date. At 32 days, I contacted the salesman, he told me that he had emailed accounting office in Duluth GA on my behalf. I requested the accounting contact info as I wanted to speak with them myself. A couple of days later, I was contacted, by phone, by a person who said he was a business manager. He apologized for the delay and said he would work to expedite my paperwork. I asked about the delay and he told me the car had an existing lein at time of sale, and there were problems getting it cleared. please re-read! THEY SOLD ME A CAR, I PAID CASH, THEY CASHED MY CHECKS, FOR A CAR THEY DIDN"T HOLD CLEAR TITLE TO! THE CAR STILL HAD A LEIN AND NOW 36 DAYS LATER, I HAVE PARKED THE CAR. The business manager suggested that I use alternate transportation until this situation was cleared up. Please be very wary of anything these folks say to you concerning a car purchase. 3 week follow-up comments: The salesman and the GM contacted me after I filed this complaint. Although both apologized, no explanation for the delay was offered and no effort was made to rectify this situation until I filed a complaint. The dealership did, in fact, overnight the documents to me as they stated, although not when they stated.. Every document they sent had been signed by me at the dealership over a month earlier except the Ga title. I should have been handed that package upon my departure the day of the sale. The GM did authorize the salesman to send me a gift card for my inconvenience. I attempted to clear up this delay before making a formal complaint, but things only started happening after I filed this complaint. I have my car. I had it titled and back on the road the next morning after I received the package. It will make no difference to me, but this dealer should review and change their practices for cash sales to out of state customers. The salesman and GM have contacted me once again. The GM offered apologies again and explained the delay was caused by a mix-up with the accounting dept which is not on-site. He said that on 4 or 5 different occasions managers at the dealership were contacted to reach out to accounting for updates. Had they contacted me on those occasions with the results of those contacts, perhaps I would have felt more informed about the situation. The salesman contacted me to say I unfairly targeted him with this complaint. That is simply because he is the person that I had most contact with and on all online sources that I have access to, the business manager and general manager aren't named and have no contact info. The salesman explained that he was occupied with an aston martin customer who drove up the night before from south Florida which caused the delay and wait while the paperwork was being processed. He also stated that there was no lein on the vehicle, as I had complained. If this is true, I apologize for that, but my information came from a phone call to me by a "business manager" who told me he would personally handle the situation and contact me back. Three days later, after unsuccessfully trying to contact this manager, I filed the complaint, and things started happening. More

The Perfect Dodge Ram 1500 HEMI ! We popped into Mall of GA Mini as they had a couple of trucks on the forecourt. We were met by Kalee who took us out in a Silverado, It wasnt what we quite wanted so Kalee took the details down of our wish list and a few hours later she texted the details of a RAM 1500 HEMI she had found. We went to see it later that day with Pat and it was perfect, low mileage and near immaculate. It took all of 60 seconds to decide... the perfect truck ! Its now a week later and we are still in love with the truck and looking at the receipts its been well maintained. Great customer service ! More
