The experience was so good, my son took his girlfriend there a few days later and she purchased a car there as well. My husband took my BMW in for service last week and that was just as AWESOME! He called first to see if he needed an appointment, they said come on in. They also told him if he brought in five canned food items, he would receive a $100 gift card. They didn't have to tell him that! How amazing! They found the o-ring had a leak. They changed the oil and fixed that problem at no charge! What!!!!??? They said they missed it during their inspection when they brought the car in to sell on their lot! What!!!!?? They said "It was our mistake!" Wow! They brake fluid was a tad low, they changed it out completely at no charge. They could have just added a tad! Amazing! My husband asked if they would go ahead with a service since we live a good distance away, they happily obliged! Our total bill was $180. Remember the $100 gift card? Well we were told this morning that we might be able to use it toward our service bill. The man said he couldn't promise that, but we probably could. My husband hands it to the cashier and low and behold, she used it with a smile on her face! $80 was all we paid. The best buying experience and the best service experience I've ever had! I would highly recommend Mall of Georgia Mini! Who knew this was even a possibility? A great experience at a car dealership!!!! Thank you so much Mall of Georgia Mini! More

The one negative experience we had, that may or may not be related to an employee of the dealership, was that some lowlife decided to take my wife's not inexpensive sunglasses for themselves after she left them in the Ladies' Room for all of five minutes.
